*** bailed me out of an emergency situation and saved the day! He rearranged his morning to fix my garage door. He is a clear communicator. He updated me frequently with progress reports and projected costs. I appreciated his attentiveness and professionalism.

Garage Doors by Dan - what an excellent guy; straight-shooter, honest, efficient, helpful, and knows his stuff. And the last thing owner/op ******************* is going to do is rip you off or overcharge.After reviewing his all his 5-star reviews and then consequently talking with and communicating with him, I actually switched from another co. I was going to go with. *** was here today to do repairs and servicing to our door. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and made sure we understood. Amazing job!, our garage door broke this morning. I sent pics to *** for a quote (very reasonable). He immediately responded back and was able to come within a few hours to fix it. He went above and beyond as he needed to tweak it a bit and replace a part. He was hones, very professional and great customer service. He was done within 30 minutes. Wow! What can I say, *** is incredible. Its extremely cold out and my garage door failed this morning. *** called me back within 5 mins and booked a service later that same day, which was much appreciated! Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the broken spring and suggested, given the age of the door, that we replace the cables and bottom roller while he was here. Im very thankful for this suggestion as we noticed that only a few strands remained on the bottom of my rusted cables. It surely would have busted within weeks.*** was extremely friendly, honest to a fault, and is more cost effective than youll find anywhere else. He explained the operation of the door and showed me how to lubricate the components as preventive maintenance. I am so happy with this service. We replaced nearly all the moving parts on the door and it was returned to service in less than an hour. This guy is the real deal to fix your garage door issues! *** rescued me in a difficult situation! He was very accommodating in an emergency. He was very efficient as he installed new springs in literally minutes! He was very quick to find the materials needed.
