    We attended Urban River Adventure the summer of 2022. We had a great time. When the weather was not favourable, they even gave us a credit for our water activities. We left in 2022 happy and even booked a trip for 2023 (which was paid in full).In 2023 we received an email from the business saying Urban River Adventures was finally undergoing renovations. They had asked if we wanted to receive a refund or push our trip between the dates of October 15, 2023 and October 15, 2024. We opted for a Summer trip in 2024. Leading up to the trip we contacted the business numerous times to finalize the details of our Summer 2024 trip. We received little/no communication. They replied with the number of days and then an email stating we owed them more money. I sent documentation proving the trip was already paid in full. Again, sending more emails, contacting them in other ways, including calling their phone number which was then disconnected. The day before we were supposed to leave, I again contacted the company stating we would not be driving down unless we received confirmation.I am hoping the BBB can **** get us our refund. If not, I will try to contact the bank. We did switch credit cards since booking so not sure if our new CC could help. I have more pictures if required.

    I bought a Glamping experience on March 3. It was booked for July 31. I had them change the date to August 1. This was done March 23. May 31 I got an email stating that they were closing for the summer to expand. I was asked if I wanted a refund or be the first to book next year. I replied that I wanted a refund. They responded ok. June 12, I followed up with an email asking about my refund. They responded stating they got 25% of them done, and mine was scheduled to be done at the end of next week. June 26, I sent another email. June 27, they say they have 50% done. July 1, I sent another email. July 7, I was promised again to get the refund. July 7, I replied back letting them know I was getting concerned. July 12, they replied stating that they hit a certain threshold. They said that I should dispute the transaction with my credit card company. I paid by Visa Debit, so I don’t think I can. July 12, I let them know this. July 17, I emailed again asking for a solution. I have not heard anything from them yet. The amount spent was $261.75
