SilCraft Plumbing & Heating consistently goes above and beyond for my plumbing & HVAC needs! They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, have fair prices and you can’t beat their service! SilCraft first came to my rescue after my tub tap broke and wouldn’t shut off. Not having a separate water shut off to my tub I had to turn the main water off to my house. Sil and Nico arrived same morning to quickly trouble shoot and repair my tub, restoring water to my home. The SilCraft gentlemen were thorough and dedicated to ensuring my plumbing issues were resolved. They answered my 101 questions and educated me on home & plumbing & heating maintenance/ humidity control, giving me know how and more confidence being a first time home owner as a single mom. After an emergency call and repair I was expecting a hefty invoice with parts and labour but was pleasantly surprised when the final cost was considerably less than anticipated. I have since used SilCraft for all of my plumbing, water, heating and irrigation needs and questions. Thank you for your knowledge, experience, friendliness, punctuality, service, education and compassion. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations!! If anyone is looking for HVAC or plumbing needs I highly recommend this honest local family based business :-)
