I had a drastically different experience from ******** - Bought a bike from them and had multiple issues within the 1st 50km, including misaligned rear rack, super loud brakes, off-centered front tire, taillight that would stop working after 10 mins (overheat?). Essentially fixed every problem myself, their support's response can be summed up by "User installation error", "it's normal". They did offer to take the bike back if it was "as new", but I've now finally fixed all the issues, and I do like the bike, just think QA at the ***** factory needs to be better. Don't get one unless if you are comfortable working on your own bike, or perhaps if you lived close to their factory location.

****** insisted to take delivery of a bike in the box, on the spot, unassembled, and prior to any quality control inspection as he was in a rush and didn't want to have to come back at a later date to pick up a fully assembled bike. We highly suggested against this as it is outside of our procedures. ****** continued to insist and pressure ** to give him a boxed bike against our advice. ******'s minor concerns would've been addressed if we followed our own processes and had not made an exception for him in an effort to accommodate his demands. For that we apologize and have learned a valuable ****** to not make these types of exceptions in the future. After realizing there was absolutely no way to satisfy ******, we offered that he return the bike for a full refund. ****** declined this offer.
****** continues to be unreasonable, irrational, bullying, and may even be considered harassment. With the exception of a random tail light issue, which was remedied within hours, ******'s concerns were assembly related due to his lack of technical skills.
