BE AWARE ! THEFT HAPPENING AT STORE !I went to Mahindra Jewelers on Saturday to get a 22K gold chain fixed which was bought from the same store. They quoted me $50 and then took my chain inside a room to fix it. Upon their return, they came back with two big pieces from my chain missing. When I asked the first salesperson,she lied on my face saying it was the design etc and it didn't have the additional missing pieces then another salesperson that was with this salesperson says let me go and check and she brought out the missing pieces. When I asked why these pieces was taken out from another area where the repair wasnt needed and why wasnt i advised and returned the pieces(2 round ball of the magalsuthra). The salesperson I don't know why the jeweller did that. I said call the jeweller outside and when he came out he made stories that didn't add cause there was no reason to take a portion of the chain out and not even return the pieces to me.Those portions were worth more then $100 I said this was clearly theft and I got them to call the owners, the owner came and she wouldn't listen to my concerns at first and she kept rolling her eyes and making facial expressions and she didn't have curtesy to apologize.And then later says that she can get it fixed and that she wasn't aware that the staff was doing theft, i said to her no they were just unlucky that i was an observant customer that knew her product and voiced myself. I also had my receipt that showed the total weight of the jewellry which was less when the gold pieces were stolen from me. I asked the owner to get it fixed and i wanted to go in the room while it was getting repaired but she kept refusing saying theres chemical's in that room. Like it was a nuclear lab. So i cooperated and let her take the chain away but with a condition that i needed to be on a video call while they took my chain back in for repairs cause i didn't trust them. BE CARFEFUL OF THEFT AT THESE KIND OF JEWELLRY STORES!
