    On November 22, 2022 I visited Fraser Valley Motorsports in order to purchase a snow plow for my vehicle, my main concern was that we would get it before snowfall. ****** the store owner said **** business days to arrive, however he could call the supplier the next day after i make 3000$ deposit on it and will confirm exact date. I made the deposit, however next day he did not confirm or call me back. I headed to the store and tried to get some information - no luck, receptionist and his workers said they cant reach him, they dont know anything about the date of arrival and could not contact ***** at the moment.I asked them to refund the deposit in such a case and again was told that only ***** the store owner could do the refund.3 days later I was able to get ahold of the owner and again there was no response about the date. I asked for the second time to cancel my order and refund the deposit. A week later a cheque was given to me - did not have coverage at the bank, one month later another was cheque was issued and another non sufficient fund on the account.Overall very unpleasant experience, owner made many promises to get the money back but failed to. 2 months later 1200$ was refunded and rest is still owed.

    We have made an agreement with the client that we will provide the requested refund as per the his request.We have already sent the majority of the refund back to the client and will send the remaining amount in the next 4-6 weeks also as we have just come out of the slower time of the year for our business and hope to see business pick up so we can honour our agreement.

    Hello, no we do not accept it. The business already promised and failed to deliver.
    Please keep the complaint open until the deposit is returned fully.
