started off coming in for a screw/nail in the tire as per my indicator light showed low tire warning. After your technician advising me that my rim was cracked after he pressure washed debris from it. was not fluent in tire information, confirmation of tire sizes, rim sizes, the where about of my tire one day when i was there to grab the cracked rim and the tire to go and drive to Mission to see if the other rims were a match. You can imagine my surprise when they said they could not locate the tire with the plug and looked for 30 minutes and it turned out was on the car itself. They have all stated my rim was not cracked by any pot hole, and they can see by the way it was cracked that it happened when coming off the rim which would not be my fault. Then upon picking up my car to not even pulling out of the parking lot to hear the loud thunk in the drivers front end picking up the car finally on Nov 21st Thursday drove home, the next morning when i started the car the lights in the dash which was 2 urgent red indicators. I won't lie i had to ****** what they meant as they were not on when i picked the car up and drove home. These are the description and two lights that appeared in the dash. I have attached the physical pictures to this email as well.Upon this i immediately phoned my mechanic ****, as my car is serviced and maintained all the time and always up to date with mechanical up keepHe definitely said do not drive the car to work, which i did not. The car was sent to his shop to be repaired. Upon his repairs he found that the front brake pad sensor wire had been damaged which caused the indication of trouble. He felt potentially this could have occurred when the tires were being balanced. We do know as per your mechanics that they had an issue with the driver's rim being installed and it was essentially catching on the brake caliper from *****, and your mechanic stated they physically shaved my caliper on the brake in order for the thunking noise to stop.
