The salesman was awesome. It went downhill from there. I am a retired finish *********. No company that I have worked for in the thousands of condos I have worked on uses silicone on drywall but these clowns do. If you don't care that you will never be able to paint your bathroom ceiling or walls again then go ahead and use them. If you want the job finished properly use someone else. Also extremely hard to contact these people.

Will keep you posted. It's taken a few weeks but someone is supposedly coming in a few more weeks to remove the silicone. This should be interesting. Remove silicon all around my ceiling and both verticles outside the shower. One verticle drywall floor to ceiling and the other verticle wooden door casing. Our strata recently had the shower replaced in our guest suite by Bath Fitter. The service was wonderful from start to finish of this process! Everyone arrived when they said they would, and the work was completed on time and done professionally. We would highly recommend this company.Several owners in our strata have also had their personal bathrooms renovated by Bath Fitter and we have not heard any complaints, just praise for the products and the people!Review from Mavis F

I had my tub replaced with a shower recently. It was a great experience - from the initial consult, to booking the appointment, to the installation, the entire process was very professional and easy! The installer, *******, was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and (unbelievably) completed the job in 1 day. The end product has been fabulous - love it. This company is also consistent - we had the same positive experience a few years ago with another tub to shower conversion. Jeremy was our walk in shower installer. He did an excellent job; was professional in every sense of the word, courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. VEry expensive for what you get. Workmanship was poor, Had to get them back 3 times to sort out a faucet that poured water down the wall when you used the shower. Another call back to replace trim that was a different colour from tub surround. **************** does not return calls as promised. Now waiting for them to come back and fix the overflow drain that some genius filled with silicone. These people do not know that they are doing.Review from Sandra B

I had my bath tub and surround installed by Soheil of Bath Fitter Vancouver, and am more than satisfied with the final result. I have to commend Soheil on being so detailed and dedicated professional. The work was done in the time frame given and clean up was really appreciated. I recommend him highly.Review from Patricia L

We have just had a bathtub liner installed today. Your sales consultant, Patrick, is very professional and personable giving us a clear understanding of what the job would entail. Your installer, Shawn, is courteous and a good communicator. He is diligent with a good work ethic and is coming back to reinstall the grab bar as he needs different hardware. As we are unable to use the tub for the next twenty four hours, we are unable to comment on the installation itself. On the surface, everything looks good. Both Patrick and Shawn are excellent representatives of Bath Fitter.Review from Sukhraj S

I had a shower installed for my senior parents last year in August and shower door has fallen 2 since then and on my parents. My mom Hurt her ankle the first time it fell and second time fell on my dad and hit his head. First time they didnt put in screws and second time we dont know why it happened. They never acknowledged my mom Getting hurt and didnt even apologize, took them 2 weeks to repair it.
