I as well went to this Salon but had an even worse experience. I paid to get blonde hi-lights and she gave me gray and brown. I went back to tell her and she said go wash your hair! Like! I then asked for the Managers name and she as well brushed me off till I went to Customer service at Metro town and complained. They contacted the owner F M and he called me back and said no refund but made an appt for me to go back and get my hair redone with the same stylist. He told me to bring a photo of how I wanted it done. I arrived and she said she could not do my hair that it was blonde and walked away. I called FM and he started and he said to *** *** * *** ** ** ***** * ** ******* *** * ******** *** * *******. There was a customer that witnessed the whole conversation on the phone and she could not believe how verbally *********** he was to me on the phone. I complained back to Customer service and they could not believe this as well. DO NOT GO THERE!Review from Lucy B

I am very disappointed with BRAVA hair salons. I had a gift card from dec 2019 which i didn't use during the pandemic as i am a ****** ******** and in my 60's. I went in Dec 2021, May 2022, June 2022. each time i asked to use the gc but they couldn't find reference to it and sent me to the other location. I finally got the receipt from the person giving me the card and when i went back to BRAVA in August and gave receipt they said it expired. firstly, it had no info on the gc that it would expire and also from my understanding Canadian law states a GCdoesn't expire. What i am even more upset with is the management didn't have the integrity to answer any of my emails. They have no interest in retaining customers and honoring the gift card. I will not be back and am telling my friends to avoid this salonReview from Laurence H

This is for the Brava Salon in Metrotown. My wife recently cut her hair there and I later found that she was overcharged $10. She told me this sign said $29.99 but was later removed when she was done. The website as recent as yesterday says $29.99, but her bill says $42 (with tax) and before tips, which makes it to be $39.99 before tax and tips. This is $10 overcharge when I told her to call the manager she would not do anything, the usual brush-off. - go to website and leave complaint there. There does not seem to be a place to leave complaint. Anyways, look before you leap or pay. Sometimes you don't get your money back. Beware.
