Informed project manager that I wanted to know the half way point (dollar amount to quote). I asked if I got involved could we keep the costs down. I mentioned two times that that's all the money I have . That's it! I'm not working in the summer. He informed me just once well over that amount, I had to ask him the cost per hour of cleaner. He did not tell me his rates up front. I felt he didn't discuss prices. Then he charged me thousands more with out letting me know prices of jobs and where that would put us. I feel blackmaled and extorted. I do not like their business practices and how this man operated. They didn't show up the first week. Cleaners got pulled from my job to go to others jobs. It took two months to get the majority done and I still have to do complete the job myself.

**** Clean attended ********************************* home at her request to complete organizer, cleaning and disposal of her hoarding situation.

on the initial visit i explained to ******** that the cost associated with this type of project could be lengthy and expensive.

I gave her an verbal estimate of ****** dollars and that this would be a minimum.

******** agreed and signed the work authorization and paid the 50% deposit.

July 15 we met to go over the costs so far.

******** was given a copy and the total was close to 16,000.

******** asked to have us continue to work.

when ******** was sent the final invoice she refused to pay.

we then requested she pay at least the remaining ****** she agreed to pay and still no response.

Dear Ms. ***************** tried submitting my rejection complant against company through your email because I did not succeed in submitting it through the website.

    Complaint: 22049771

I am rejecting this response because: i did not get a copy of the signed agreement which I have asked for.  I have not received this yet.  I asked for a itemized list (for every dollar) to back up these two amounts. $0 to $19,800.00.& $19,800.00 to $24,900.00 When you ask if you can be notified at the half way point and that's not done, you think you have not gotten there yet because you have not been informed.  I was shocked at the price!  To this date I have not received anything in writing regarding how much per hour. (Just time sheets)  Some without dates.   In the beginning I told ***** ***** (PM) how much I could pay and that I had no more money after that.  This was not respected.  He went thousands over.  How disrespectful and excessive to customer.  $4,900.00 over quote.  This was without my authorization or knowledge until it was too late. .Even a mechanic would treat you better. I asked if I helped out could that keep costs down.  Everything was verbal and that's not good enough.  There is nothing in writing of how much they charge an hour.  This should of been done in the beginning. (Up front)  Workers were pulled several times from my job to go to other jobs.  There were five days that no employees worked.  ***** ***** (Project Manager)
came over to my apartment.  This was the day I had my arm in the doorway trying to remove a box that fell off the top shelf of my shelving unit.  It was blocking the door so it would not open.  (***** saw me there)  The pantry was the priority for me.  I voiced it and can  provide my emails and or texts stating that.  It was the first "total" communication   I was shocked.  He didn't let me know half way into my budget.  I had very little left to my budget. So I said just finish the kitchen and do the pantry.  Later I sent an email saying to just do the pantry.  This was a time sensitive job.  I was getting fined $200.00a week.  I was in duress when I signed the agreement.  ************ took two months and this still isn't completed. Usually just one person worked the majority.  It's a @792 square foot apartment.  It's not a house. I don't feel the work is worth $20,000.00.  Definitely not $24,900.00.  I last time I talked to ***** ***** he was talking about finishing the project.  I said to him ""JUST STOP!"  Later, when I went to my apartment ***** still had two people working on my place.  Has there been any other complaints about this company?  They have changed their name in the past.  I asked if this company was bonded and ***** said "Yes".  I still don't know the truth to this.  On the Puroclean inspection report time inspected was 3:45 not 1:00 pm.  Puroclean still has my FOB and a copy of my key to my apartment.  This can be returned to the Building Manager (3rd Floor) **************************; Monday - Friday 10:00-5:00 pm.  If manager is not present, put through mail slot of office.

    Sincerely,

    ******** ********
