****** been great at fixing and maintaining our boiler for over a decade. When I first booked him for my broken boiler (that I hadn't maintained in 10 years), I really appreciated how he showed me the parts that were broken instead of just telling me what was ********** I make sure I get my heating system serviced every year and everything's been running smoothly since then.He also recently installed a Combi (to replace my boiler and hot water tank) which looks and performs great and gives me more storage space. I highly recommend Thermo Furnace.

Extremely knowledgable and has saved me thousands of dollars, first in doing repairs instead of upselling to a new furnace. Ive been using Thermo Furnace for about 15 years. **** from Thermo has replaced a furnace, installed an on demand hot water tank, and put in a heat pump for me. In addition, he completes a annnual inspection/maintenance of my furnace. **** is a skilled HVAC technician that I do not hesitate to call for my HEAT, VENTILATION and AIR CONDITION needs.

Recently the boiler quit and we had no heat or hot water. Fortunately **** from Thermo Furnace **** had the know how. We got a same day service call, parts shipped from ******* over the long weekend, and repairs done ASAP. The cost for excellence like this was very reasonable. **** is always there for us when we need him. He is very honest and trustworthy. Call for all your gas and heating needs.

We contacted Thermo Furnace when looking for a qualified HVAC business to replace our PRV and to flush our radiant heating system. The company who had serviced our boiler refused to flush the system claiming they need to replace some parts and also refused to replace the PRV claiming they did not have enough space, these turned out to be just a ploy to get us into high-efficient combi system and additional excessive charge. Heko (Thermo Furnace Owner) came to give estimate (free) and explained in detail the pro and cons of repairing our 30+ year system versus replacing it with the new high-efficient combi system. We decided to choose Heko Thermo Furnace because he had sincerely told us to take time and think about our option. Heko gave us a quote that was $2000 dollar cheaper on the e-combi system and $850 cheaper on flushing than that other company. We took a good 10 days to weigh the two system and finally decided on keeping our 30 year system and giving our business to an honest local business at the same time. This is the one of the best decision we made. Heko came today 11December2023 assisted by his brother, Methi. They swiftly replaced our PRV, flushed, trouble shoot and fixed some boiler issues that would still there even if we replaced our system with an e-combi. Since we came from automotive repair industry background, watching Heko in action we recognized how methodical, meticulous and passion he has for the repair work he is doing. We had found a keeper for our long term HVAC need. Thank you so much for what you have done today Heko.
