I had refractive lens exchange surgery on both eyes which is the same as cataract surgery. I chose to do this privately as my cataracts were not bad enough yet to be a candidate for MSP coverage. Service was fantastic, I didnt have to wait. I chose an upgraded lens to correct far, mid and near vision and now I can see without glasses. The cost was not much more than what my wife paid for similar upgraded lenses through the BC MSP system. I am very pleased!!

I have had both eyes fitted with new corneal lenses as a result of cataract deterioration. The services offered by *********** and his staff in analysis, diagnosis and treatment have been outstanding. The experience has left me with 20/20 distance vision in both eyes. The colour and detail in my new visual world is remarkable! Although I approached the prospect of eye surgery with extreme trepidation, the dialogue with ****, ***** and *********** before the two operations was both reassuring and thorough. The team at BoydVision Centre is ************************ is a fantastic ophthalmologist. His skill and knowledge as an eye surgeon is unmatched. In addition, he is also extremely and caring. He monitored my well being while he performed inter ocular lens replacement. He made me feel calm and relaxed throughout the entire procedure.The members of his team are wonderful. Very welcoming, friendly, understanding and accommodating.I would highly recommend BoydVision if seeking an ophthalmologist - cataract removal, vision correction to mention a few.Boyd Vision Centre Response
