The problem is Canadian linen has been ripping off for a year and half from us.(From Sep 2022 to curren)Their billing system is based on the inventory quantity. The inventory is the amount of for 2 weeks. So we rent 140 apron for 2 weeks since Sep 2 2022.They should deliver apron 70 per week which is 140 for 2 week.Since then they just delivered less than 50 in most weeks. We increased the amount of inventory to 180 on Jul 14 2023 because we ran out of apron all the time. But we just got ***** aprons a week which was fur less than right amount. On June 7 2024, I asked a staff from Canadian linen, whose name is ******** that how is the billing system work. Then we found out that they brought mush less amount of apron they should have.We pointed out their repeating overcharge and asked her to take reasonable response. She passed it to her manager *****.He credited us $115.But it was totally scam. We asked him to clear calculation and period. He didn't answer. then talked him over the phone, what he said was He just did some magical math just for 2 month because we asked him for 2 month(why just 2 month is enough?)It is rental business (so what?)He was not able to look back to date invoice ( They can access portal site and see all very easily)He needed to ask his boss and let us know next Monday ( Never heard from him for a week)Apparently that is their fault. that's why they gave us credit. But it does'nt make any sense they just look into last 2 month or we are not sure it is really 2month because he did not explain. They have to review every single invoice and give us make up for overcharge. In addition to that,***** misunderstood his position. He needed to apologize at the very first time what they have been doing
