Terrible experience with the site manager. Not friendly or caring! Now she wants to charge us for carpets that our dog didn’t soil, the previous animals did! She is not satisfied with our cleaning of carpet and we had an experienced cleaner do it! So mean of her! She also lied about a previous experience with her and made character assassinations of me! We are reporting this terrible service! See u in court!!??

After three years of living in a Broadstreet apartment building, with things going downhill every year and our rent being raised by $200 a month every year, we find we have to move out because we simply can't afford this place any longer. We gave the site manager a heads up just to let her know, but we haven't given formal notice yet. Since then we have received a form to complete that says we're moving out, a letter to tell us they want to do a pre-move walkthrough (and we are expected to stay home all day just in case they decide to show up), and today we received a letter telling us we have to move before noon at the end of our last lease month. So we called the so-called "customer service" people to ask why we are being evicted. They had no idea that this letter was given to us. So we asked for the name of someone at head office that we can send a formal letter of complaint to. We were refused that and told "someone will get back to you". But not who or when... and probably not from head office nor from a complaint area. This is a place that allows dogs. It is two buildings full of people with dogs. The site manager is terrified of dogs and scared of talking to people. She doesn't have a clue about managing her staff either. There is often dog feces in the stairwells and the dog pen is always full of dog feces. The halls have white spots on the walls where they were patched but the maintenance guy "hates painting" so it gets left for months. If someone from head office is coming for a visit, everything gets done. Otherwise it's more like living in tenement housing than in a relatively expensive apartment building.
