            I purchased this gift certificate at a school silent auction. This silent auction was for students to raise money for grad. I tried to support several students and bought a ton of auctioned ******** has been five months since that auction and I still have a number of items . I decided that I am no longer in need of the service as I moved to to the other side of town so I decided to sell it on Chilliwack 24 hour bidding before the expiry date. Iposted this gift certificate hoping to recuperate some of the money.***, the owner, stated publicly that the ** was not "redeemable". She herself was in a motorcycle accident ****** weeks ago and is not currently Sugaring ,( only creating web content and managing her staff/books. . She is now stating that she will not honor the certificate if it's not me. Shes been off and I haven't been able to make an appointment. She is refusing to let me transfer it ( the name is blank and it wasn't sold to me personally but to any person as per auction rules. in fact it could have been a present) . Overall, she did not honour the gift certificate that I bought in good faith. There was no fine print or caveats provided at the time of purchase and her son received a portion of the value as per the school agreement. This was poor business practice. Finally, I am under the impression that gift certificates cannot legally expire. Very frustrating indeed. *** is overall a good person and this is totally out of character for what I know of her. The final straw was when I verbally attacked by her Just Peachy manager publically on line. It was brutal and alarming.
