    I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. I changed jobs and my pay schedule was different and for the last 3 or 4 months I have been asking them to change the payment dates to match my pay schedule. And they refuse and I keep missing payments and having to pay late fees to them the following week. At one point I was told that the change was made to move dates to accommodate my pay schedule then at 6pm on a Thursday the dealership texted me and said that they changed there mind in moving the dates and I need to pay the next day. Now they are threatening to reposes my vehicle if I don't pay them 2 months in advance plus the late fees

    As in all financial contracts, it is the responsibility of the borrower to ensure that the payments are received by the lender as represented in the signed and binding contract.  It is NOT Chilliwack Mitsubishi's responsibility to ensure that the complainant pays his payment on time nor is it our obligation to cater to the complainants ever changing work/pay schedule.  The complainant has missed MULTIPLE payments and is consistently behind.  Chilliwack Mitsubishi had requested a date change as per the complainants request which we were able to accommodate from his first date change request (first *************).  Despite this date change, the complainant continued to default on his payments. The complainant then later requested a second date change in which we informed him that may not be possible but we will try.  His statement that we "changed our minds" is simply not true.  As the request was made less than 2 days before the automatic payment comes out and he has an outstanding overdue payment, we were unable to stop or move the payment. The complainant needs to take his financial obligations more seriously and learn to budget his finances accordingly.  Chilliwack Mitsubishi is not "threatening" to repossess the complainants vehicle -  this is the reality of the contract you signed and common practice by all financial lenders and institutions when a client/borrower is defaulting repeatedly on a loan. This is by no means a Chilliwack Mitsubishi problem.

    For 3 months I had asked to change payment dates to accommodate my pay pattern. And then they finally accepted it told me they accepted it and continued to pull funds out on the wrong date then told me the day before a payment was due at 6pm at night that they changed there minds and aren't pulling funds out on the requested date and that I need to make sure funds are in the account for the next day.
