we needed to have our hot water tank replaced. They quoted us 1500.00 all in for new tank and install. we had them in and they replaced the tank. the following day we woke up to water leaking . Called the office again and were told that wee needed an additional expansion tank for additional money! We have since found out that the expansion tanks is required by code, yet it was an additional $200.00 to have it done by another company. New company corrected all the problems Sardis did not do properly. Fitting Sardis put on were not up to code quality for hot water tanks, the venting was not screwed in and the hot water tank was not secured to the wall. Sardis Plumbing and heating was no Up front an honest and we feel took advantage of ** ** **** *** ******

I was told by Sardis Plumbing that the Manager would call me the next day. No one ever bothered to call to go over this . Hence the reason for my BBB report. I should not have to chase Sardis Plumbing.. You should have contacted me like I was told .Further what can you do about it Now, I had to pay another ****** to have this job done correctly and Up to code. if you can't complete a job up to Code, then why bother to come out at all Frustrated that you took advantage of my 85 year old father
