            I paid $****** on **** for the rental of a camper van for 2 days. The pickup was booked for 10AM May 31. I was planning to drive the van to **** ******* (a 4 hour drive) to be there by 3PM. I went to the business address to pick up the van, and there was no business office. The van arrived a bit after 10, and it took until almost 11AM to get all the workings clear and to get it packed. When I was ready to leave, I discovered that it was completely undriveable by a person who is *** ** tall because the pedals can't be reached, the seat doesn't go forward, and if a cushion is used, then the seat belt doesn't connect. They didn't have another van available within the next 30 minutes, so I would have to cancel my trip. I expected a full refund. He said the person who did refunds wasn't available by phone so I'd need to contact her later. I emailed twice and contacted by phone and was told that they weren't ready to process a refund. I still haven't had any person who has agreed to refund me. I paid full price for a product and service that they didn't provide. Now they are trying to keep my money. .I'm hoping you can help me. Thank you.
