    Our insurance company rent a flat from the high street as our temporary accommodation during my flat is under restoration. After we moved out, they said there is a molding on the ceiling "We ( high street) were able to determine through moisture readings that this was caused when not using the fan after taking a shower and/or baths" and we requested us to compensate for 300 + Taxes. In fact we have turned on the fan. I suspect the mold are due to other reason rather than our action. Then " high street" said we still need to compensate for 300+ Taxes as we do not inform them. Butwe do not know when the mold started. I think this is not reasonable the mold are not cause by us and we are just temporary resident and it is not our job to check everyday if there any mold . More importantly the mold can be casued by other aspect such as imporper design of the fan (without time delay function or improper instruction to residenet ) but not due to our action. Thus I think the claim are not justified to us

    This charge was prepared in error and with our sincere apologies we are cancelling the invoice and making a note to this effect in the file.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution ( cancelling the invoice and not charging us any cost related to mold ) is satisfactory to me.  Thank you for your co-ordination and effort to get this settled.
