Exceptional Service. Truly one of the best movers. 5 stars are very less, would give them 10 out of 5. Very very professional.Highly recommend. If you are expecting your stuff soon they will deliver it before your desired date.Review from David F

Professional. Our move was without incident and the movers helped us out - a lot. I feel they went above and beyond and took great care of our belongings and of us (moving is stressful, they kept our state of mind in focus helping to relieve our stress as much as they could.I highly recommend them.Review from Jayne J

The team was courteous and professional. Their timing was great, they arrived when they said they would, they went straight to work and had my place loaded very quickly. Unloading went just as easily and I didn't feel there was any wasted time at either end. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.Review from Diiane H

We used Cloverdale to move our daughter from ********* to ******* in Nov. 2023. ****** was very conscientious and communicated well. He and **** were very pleasant and worked quickly but carefully at both ends. The only disappointment was the quote of **** lbs, but my daughter had lots of books and Ikea furniture (which is heavy) so it ended up being over double that. (My husband thought it was accurate though after handling most of the boxes while packing.) We would definitely recommend Cloverdale Movers and would use them again if needed.Review from Stephanie v

I hired ********* moving to *********** from ****** ** back to ********, They kept in contact with me from the initial phone call booking, the loading date and the actual moving date and the date for when they would make the trip to *******, ****** and his colleague were extremely punctual and professional, they made the move stress free, they were very careful and efficiently loaded and unloaded all my belongings. I was provided with the empty scale weight in the morning, I was the first loaded, I was offered to accompany them to the scale to see the loaded weight, I declined, I was sent a scale picture of the loaded weight within 20 mins of the gentlemen leaving. I knew when I had booked the move that the ******* delivery date would be pending if they had room on the trailer, they had another move to *******, I let them know that I was not in a rush, they let me know that my items would be securely stored.I am extremely happy that I went with ********* Moving, I would highly recommend ****** and his company to help with your move! They did an outstanding job, he also accommodated my belongings on the earlier trip to *******, he kept in contact, communication on his part was above and beyond. Thank you Cloverdale for doing such a fabulous job moving us back to *****************. In 2016 you moved us to ****** and here we are crossing the border once again. These moves are not easy and with so many moving parts and details to facilitate, you have delighted us again! End of October, ******* to ******* long distance move went off smoothly. Everything was loaded expeditiously and it all arrived safely. The team were excellent to deal with, and a huge thanks to ****** for following through on great customer service.Review from Debra H

They moved me from Aldergrove to ******** ** in July 2021 and put my possessions into a storage unit. My nephew and myself went to retrieve my possessions and they had stacked heavy wooden furniture on boxes clearly marked VERY FRAGILE = so many things broken and ruined will cost me a fortune to replace - they should honour damages they have caused

I would like to start off by saying before we delivered your items at the storage unit, we did advise you that your items will not fit in that small unit. You didn't want to purchase another unit and said please try and fit everything in this unit. Your nephew had to come pickup some of your items because there was no way of it fitting. I also did tell you there could be damage to your items since you are storing your items in such a small space for a long period of time. We stacked your items all the way to the top of the storage unit (the roof), and we do need a solid base to be able to stack your items, so all the boxes were on top of the furniture, and most of your larger pieces your nephew took with him. I do have photo evidence of how we stored and delivered your items at the unit. BBB does not allow us to upload photos, but I do have that on me as well.Customer Response

Ok so now finally unpacked and also found there is one box missing clearly marked VERY FRAGILE (CONTAINED glass items and ******** so now where is compensation as well as the missing box = arent't they supposed to be insured for these kinds of things????
