    I gave my car for oil change on *** ** * ***. I was told i it will take 2-5 pm, however same day i got call from kicking horse ford dealership saying they need to keep my car overnight. I was being easy and said its okay with me* ****** is a small town and does not have any public transport. * *** ** **** ** ***** *** *** **** ** ***** *** **** *** *** * *** **** ** **** ***** The next day, when i was suppose to get my car the dealership called me again saying technician does not work on weekends. I was surprised because they told me they need my car for one night. Whatever, i needed my car at this point. They said technician can check my car on Monday now. I had to get extra days off from my work. Later on monday i got no response from them. Then on tuesday *** **, i went myself to dealership, i talked to ****** (service manager). She said its a transmission problem and told me to wait until thursday, but i never got called back as usual. *** ** i was told thay still to check my car. *** *** **- called me and said there is something wrong with my car and it is not drivable at the moment. They said it was issue with the transmission, but i left my car in perfect condition. They told me that i have to pay ***** for new transmission and ***** for used. I WAS SHOCKED.... I left my car drivable only for oil change and now they want me to pay a lot of money. They said my transmission broke down because there was to much mileage on my car and the reason mechanic did flush parts while doing oil change, however i was never informed about risk and damage. If i knew taht i had to pay that much before doing this, i would have never done it on first place, I may have rather bought cheaper car. On top, i had to stay home for long. On **** **, i met ***** (GM). He said he cannot help in this, all he can do is provide me a discount on new transmission. I requested a quote and he said he will send it to me next day, however, i didn't receive anything* **** *** I went again. He said he didn't have my contact info...although they called me twice and its on quote as well. Anyway, he provided me quote for ***** for new and no discount on labour although it was completely their fault and ***** said this is all from his side and he doesn't wanna talk about this at all. I do not understand his point of view thinking i am reliable to pay for their mistake. As i mentioned earlier, if they have informed me about risk and damage before doing it, i would't have done at first place. Looks like their mechanic messed up and they want me to pay for this not to forget they made me wait for to long. Till date i have no response. I request BBB to get into matter and help me. I gave my car with trust to business, they broke and it will never be restore. They put to through really hard time, all the time i wasn't able to work, dealing with problems to commute to everywhere.
