    Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I own a 2013 Hyundai ****** Hybrid. My engine seized on the hwy so I had it towed to Hyundai. This was August 2 of last year. On August 5th I am told my engine was under recall? So I should submit all my maintenance receipts and see if they will cover the cost of the engine. So I do this. I was offered no courtesy car and told I should have an answer within 72 hours. First lie. They had my vehicle for 7 months and never in all that time offered cab vouchers or a courtesy car. When I called and left messages no one would call me back. I got no answers for 7 months ?? In February when my car was returned to me they told me that my vehicle had been damaged on their lot and they would need to replace my bumper. It was already on order-lie number 2. And when it came in they call to have me come in and they would replace the bumper. I went in every month for 5 months to inquire about my bumper. Each time the service department would look me up and tell me it was "on back order" ?? the last time I was in I was not even on their system. The bumper was NEVER even ordered ?? and when I ask how they will compensate me for a year's worth of mismanagement?? They say "we are repairing the bumper, that's our compensation" Um?? ?? So you are compensating me by repairing the damage you did?? On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a minus 350 ????

    Unfortunately,over the last year and a half we experienced multiple staff change overs causing various delays and overall cost to the business. With the new team in place, we are correcting any mistakes that were done by previous staff, for instance the damage to the front bumper. As this vehicle has never been serviced with us prior, we are not able to justify any additional compensation at this time.

    Made us spend money in order to initiate an oil consumption test on our veloster. On the third visit of the testing they smash our back window and damage our trunk with the shop door. Vehicle stays there for repair and were given a demo and were told that well have a replacement vehicle till ours is repaired. A new window is on back order and we were told to come get our vehicle and drive it with a taped rear.. they cannot provide a replacement for that long On top of it, we are also told that the oil consumption test will no longer be done (after we already spent the money on a new part in order to initiate this testing) and if we want to know why our vehicle is burning well over a litre of oil in 1000kms we have to pay them for a diagnosis where theyll have to pull the engine out ($$$). For lack of better word I would consider these folks to be scams!!! Absolutely no customer service and they are fraudulent! I will do everything in my power to contact someone like AMVIC in ** that will hold these imposters accountable!!

    I spoke with ****** about the oil consumption bulletin that was passed down from Hyundai, indicating that it is not a viable relation to motor failure, ****** understands that it is not our fault as a dealership but one from Hyundai as a manufacturer. In regard to the damage to there car, we have given ****** a loaner vehicle for the duration of the time they will be out of there vehicle

    We purchased a used vehicle in Feb 2024 for more than $36,000. In August a service light came on, we booked the car in for a service and, after 5 hours they advised that they didn't have the right tool to fix it. When we tried to phone back ( 5 times) between 4 and 4.30pm the phone went straight to answerphone even though the website says that the office (and service ***** is open until 4.30 and sales is open until 6pm. When we finally got someone to answer the phone the next morning we were charged $ ****** for the privalege of them telling us that they didnt have the right tool to fix the vehicle. I would strongly recommend that vehicle buyers look elsewhere as, in our experience, once they have sold you the car they have no interest in providing you with any service at all.

    I was charged a "Micellaneous fee" which was added to my total, it worked out to 13%. The new total was then taxed . The miscellaneous charge was said to be an additional cost for labour and parts. There was no parts. After all is said and done, customers are paying 25% half of which goes to Hyundai. Its 13% of the total plus 12% tax. I dont think customers are aware of this. The lady that told me what it was, didn't seem to want to tell me. I think its unfair to customers.

    The miscellaneous fee, was for shop supplies and is standard in repair facilities to cover, grease, gloves sanding disks, ETC. This was disclosed prior to work being done and you signed authorizing for us to perform services. We are sorry that you feel this is unfair, but this is a standard practice.
