I paid for premium detailing with seat and carpet shampoo. It was close to $300 for the service. When i got my vehicle back the outside looked like someone wiped my black paint with a greasy towel, the inside looked like someone poured oil all over my dash and doors and the inside of my door frames/jams were dripping with oil. All of my windows have streak marks and they didnt even shampoo/vacuum one of my back seats! Also my car came back without the mats that were stock to the vehicle, i called to let them know and they said that they dont know where they are and they will call me if they find them!!!!! so now im missing my interior mats that my vehicle came with! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE AGAIN! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND YOUR VEHICLE LOOKS LIKE **** WHEN YOU GET IT BACK!!!!!

We will reach out to the customer and review the situation. At this point, we know nothing of the quality complaints. I've certainly never heard of the type of complaint she is making before. Her mats were in the car. She was notified of this.Customer Response

The mats are not in my car, I am missing both my passenger and driver mats. I could not make it in to talk with the manager and see if they found my mats due to my work schedule. I am also not pleased with the condition of my vehicle. I did not get a call about my 2 mats that are still missing (the back seat mat was hidden under the rubber mat (so wasn’t placed properly in my car) but I am still missing my 2 front mats. So I still need these 2 mats back.
