  In August 2022 my car (1993 ****** *******) got stuck in the mud up Glenrosa on the side of the road. I walked down the mountain back to my house so I could get my truck to pull it back on to the road. In the mean time a West Kelowna police officer had drove by it and stopped, and called me to ensure I knew it was up there. I told him that I was on my way back up the mountain to get it and he said that was fine. When I drove up there my car was no where to be found, so I texted the cop and asked him if he knew anything. He said it was towed to Del Oro in West Kelowna. I went to Del Oro, to find my car has been parted out (brand new battery) and all of my possessions in the car are gone. I asked Del Oro about it, and they told me the car was going to be very expensive to get out of the tow yard so I had to go through ****, and never gave me an actual price. My car was locked when I left it up the mountain, no one broke in to it. The towing company stole my battery and stole hundreds of dollars of valuables that were inside the vehicle. I didn't have theft on my insurance so the car still sits in their tow yard, unless the workers have finished parting it out.

  This is so one sided and to be honest without any factual items.

  The vehicle was abandoned up Jackpine rd and was without keys and was open. The file was indentified as Stolen Recovery and involved the RCMP.

  You attended August 24th and viewed it etc.

  Your claims are unproven and are accusing theft without considering you left it in the woods unattended for an extended period of time and the RCMP were involved.

  Your timeline is concerning etc. 

  I am disappointed BBB allows someone who wants to lower their bill by false accusations to use its platform to provide information with no actual facts.

  I am rejecting this response because: A it wasnt abandoned i went dowen the hill to get recovery gear at which an RCMP officer had locked my kkeys in the Car where del oro was called who proceeded to make things diificult at which i require immdeiate action and the return of my car *** the towing expense and the fact its in nthere i a **** as your attempting to m ake it look adandonded. little do you know how serious this is and how easily u will;m blow it off as u not only have my car, but passport birth certificate and a house fukll of belongings and electronices. *** ***** ** ******* ***** ****** * ******* * **** *** * *** ******* **** *** * *** ** *** ****** ** ** ******** *** *** ********* ** *** *** ********* ******** ** ****** ** ** ********* ** *** *** ****** *** ** ******
