            They came to my house in Sep 17 2021 and told him I need to take apart the deck first. Got back in greed to go with Dead Level . Feb 10 I contacted Riley B******* to send me the estimate. He had samples, but told me he would bring after a 50% deposit. I transfered $3000 Feb 22 and $1,024.13 Feb 23. He never provided the sample book and never returned my test messages or emails to settle on an installation date. I want to go to someone else. I just want my deposit back.

            I have a written agreement with Dead level construction to complete a primary bathroom renovation. The agreement was agreed to on Sept 23, 2021 and construction started on Dec 6, 2021. The bathroom is less than 1/2 finished, the tile work is completely unacceptable ( tile floor pattern is all mixed up, chipped tiles installed, tile is not level, cut or installed correctly, etc) and no trades that started have come back since late Dec, first week of Jan. The company has not paid the trades for work done so no one will return (this is confirmed with the trades that were here), leaving me with a 1/2 completed bathroom. I have phoned and emailed the company many times with no response. It is now mid March and I still have an unusable bathroom.
