    April 20th 2024 1:00pm. We paid $980 for 16 kids to jump for 1 hour and 30 minutes. All the kids were given the wrong time tags on their shirts. I had no idea what the stickers meant so I didn't say anything at that point. Not until some of the children were told by employees to get off the trampolines 40 minutes later and told they had been jumping for 2 hours. Some of the children tried to protest but the employees wouldn't hear them out and we were sent to the party room with 16 upset children at 2pm. The employees didn't let us start jumping until 1:21pm. We ended up leaving the entire park at 3pm. At least 30 minutes before we were supposed to. When we asked for any compensation we were met with "*** ********* **** ** *** ** ********* ***** *** ** *** **** *** ** ******************************************************************************************** ** *** *** *** *** **** **** **** ***** ****" No? More than half the kids had left already. And we were exhausted from the whole ordeal. They refused to give us any real compensation for our troubles and THEIR mess up. I am livid. I literally paid extra for extra jump time and extra time in the room and got half the time for everything I requested and paid for. To top THAT off we were told we couldn't bring in any games or decorations so the children were extremely bored in the room but when I looked down the hall the other rooms had a bunch of decorations.

    They require an adult to jump with children under 5 which I understand. We had 3 children 5,5 and 4. They are two sisters and a cousin. They made all three adults pay even though only one adult was going to jump with the kids. They refused to give a receipt. When I read the contract and realized the mistake. They refused to refund for the two adults who did not want to jump. To full day passes valued at 30+$ each.
