We recently (Kelowna BC) had a patio door/window unit replaced by Centra Windows. The job was conducted very quickly and to our total satisfaction. Excellent customer interaction, professional, friendly team. The day after the task was completed, they returned for any concerns we had. ****** and ****** are great ambassadors for Centra Windows! We had all our windows replaced and new front door and side window by Centra about 15 years ago. I did recently call them and asked to have someone come out and look because I thought one of the frames was rotting. As it turned out it was the screen frame that was affected. It was removed taken away a new one made and delivered and installed today. From the time ***** came out until today was about a week. He was excellent. Centra Windows has just completed the installation of 8 windows and 2 glass doors (french and sliding) into our home. The Centra installation team of ****, *** and ***** did an exemplary job! They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They addressed any concerns we had and had exceptional workmanship in ensuring that all installations were meticulous. They certainly went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the install and products. Centra Window (*******) was recommended to us and we had them over for an entry door estimate, the meeting went well and the salesperson asked us to contact him if we would like to go back to the show room. We were happy with the estimate and left him a phone message on Friday afternoon and follow up with an email on Sunday. Since we havent heard back, we called the office to see was the salesperson on holiday but was assured that he will contact us. Now 48 hours later and we still havent heard back. Can you imagine if you place a service call ? We are extremely disappointed and feel badly treated by this company.Centra Windows & Installs Pros Response

Centra just completed our window/door install and we love the products.We had two outstanding installers: **** and *****. They kept the working area clean, and were very helpful and personable. **** went the extra mile to silicon around our existing windows to prevent any future leaks or damage to our house. ***** did an excellent job filling in nail holes and installing our interior trims. He did an exceptional job cleaning all the new windows inside and out at the end of the installation.Centra Windows & Installs Pros Response

One of the best contractors we've ever dealt with. Replaced all of our windows and we immediately noticed a positive difference in heat / cool / noise. Crew was exceptional and left our home cleaner than how they found it. Initial measure quote, follow up measure verification, and two day installation - representative arrived on time every time. Our Centra installation team of ****, ***, ***** and ******* installed 19 windows and a patio door in our home in just 4 days. We are so happy with our new low-e windows and patio door! All of the installers were very professional, meticulous and excellent workmanship was done by all.They were all very friendly and helpful too! We have all the 17 windows up in 4 days. Job sites were always well cleaned up at the end of each day. The installers, ******* ********************. , ************************* and **** are very professional, and respectful to our living space since we were working from home during entire process. The whole process was impressively tidy and neat. Each and every window was ******* clear cleaned. **** would often checked back the caulking and cleaning are nicely done. ************************* wrapped up at the end by walking through with us checking and ensuring all window are well installed, and explaining the Dos and Donts to the windows. His attention to details speaks much of his exceptional experience. I would definitely recommend Centra Windows, and am very grateful to the whole team. An instant notice with the new windows is extreme significance of quietness. Looking forward to feeling the indoor temperature on the hottest summer day and coldest winter day.
