    Horrible place to buy. Bought a Jeep. Paid for extended tire warranty. The warranty won’t cover tires. Been complaining since day one. Nothing has been done about it. Going to have to pay for tires myself. Would not recommend buying here.

    Our first time and last time dealing with this car lot. The salesman we had lied to us since day one of our two car deal. He told us that the cars we are interested in are there and we are good to go. After dealing with the banks, we had to wait 3 weeks for our other approval. Within that 3 weeks, the salesman by the name of Devin called my wife at work, harassing her and trying every way possible to sell her a car, which at this point he knew we had to wait, and wanted to wait to do both cars at once. *** **** *** *** **** *** *** *** **** ** *** After three weeks we asked him if our cars are there that we wanted and he said yes, so we came up from Victoria and took time off work, and hired a babysitter so we could do this deal. Once we got up there, Devin said to us, bad news your cars are not here and these two cars are what you are taking, that's it. He tried to sell me a Honda Civic with a cracked windshield, and tried to tell me I have to pay for it out of my own insurance. **** **** I could not believe all the used cars they are trying to sell with body damage* *** *** **** *********. Devin told my wife that her car and options are not available, and that this is the car she is getting, that's it. At this point things just got worse with this salesman. The managers had to step in and deal with us. They did manage to fix the deal a bit, but after the deal was done we felt played and pushed into this deal, and not once did anyone say congratulations on our deal, or thank us for our business, just gave us the keys and walked away and pushed us out the door. To sum things up, this will be the last place I will ever deal with, I would take the bus before dealing with this dealership again.

    I recently purchased a car from this company, I took it home and discovered a burnt-out turning signal light, also after having the car for only 2 weeks the check engine light came on. Yes, this is a used car ******* * ***** **** * *** ******* ****** **** I called the dealer and the manager said that we could work something out. I was not comfortable driving the car to Nanaimo with the light on so I went to Kia in Courtney as it is only a 25 min drive instead of 1hr and a half. When I took it to them they informed me *** *** *** *** ******** ** *** ****** *** that there was a history of the check engine light going off. There was no mention of this when I purchased the car ** ****** ******* The next day I went down to NANIMO MITSUBISHI of course the manager was not there *** * *** **** ********* ******** He basically said that all that was our problem and it happened in the 2 weeks I had the car. I felt totally ignored and totally disregarded by this company, oh he said if I had for the bulb receipt I bought he would pay for it **** ******* ***** ****** * ***** ***** *** *** * *** he pay me the $100 for my inspection at Kia in Courtenay. **** ******* ** ******** * *** ** ****** **** ** ***** *** *** **** **** *** ******** I am writing this review as I do not want other people to go through this. * ** ******* ** ***** *** **** **** ****** ***** ****** ** ********* ******

    Hello, I would like to say the salesman Tristan is awesome, but besides that, the dealership is another thing. I was **** *** promised, and stabbed in the back, and the finance and managers got someone else to do there dirty work WOW, got a salesmen to call, and say NO DEAL, I know for fact they never even TRIED to help, the Manager took pictures of my truck to put on auction site he said WE need to get more for your truck to cover the cost, so it shows they offer me way to much for my truck, so to explain, I was trying to trade my truck 2017 **** **** extended cab 4x4 with about 178000kms, promised trade was $28000.00, first truck didn't work out it was 2019 ***** **** ******* ***** **** Cab 4x4 asking price $43988 with 61000kms, was told it was V8 hemi, which it was not just V6, price for truck way to high, so we went for a different truck 2017 ***** **** extend cad $x4 with 99340kms(NO PRICE) , looked around asking prices at other dealerships 29999.00 t0 34000.00 depending on shape and KMS, I know the deal could have happened, but they are losing on my truck, that's the truth, I know the equity was high in my truck, so they didn't want to make deal because what they offered on my truck would lose them 3-4k on it when they try to sell it, ***** * ********* ********** ******* *** ** *** ********* ******** ** *** *** ** *** * ***** ** ******* **** ****** **** *** ** ** ***** **** ** **** *** **** *** ** *** ** *** *** ** *** **** ** **** ***** **** ********** ** ** *** ****** ** **** *** ******* ** ***** ***** ****
