***** really helped me with my gas fireplace that had a shattered glass door. He took the time to explain my options, and installed the seal for me one I got the glass. ***** was excellent at helping us with the fireplace door installation. These are true, honest professionals and I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs !!????Review from Michael P

Very happy with this company. My old fireplace was not working. **** cleaned it out and serviced it and the fireplace is perfect with lovely warm flames. He then noticed the gas furnace was in a bad way and ****** worked hard on it in a very fast way. Thank you to both of you for excellent service. I would recommend this company.Review from Tony W

I gave Kirkstone Heating a 5-star rating because although there was some confusion as to the price of the service, they responded well and made some adjustments to rectify the situation.The service work was all done very well and the technician (*****) was wonderful and made sure everything was cleaned up when he left.I would certainly use Kirkstone again and recommend them to my neighbours.

Our fireplace wasnt operable and the chimney was out of code. Kirkstone had a company that could rebuild the old burner therefore the chimney did not need to be upgraded. This saved us thousands of $ and enabled us to have a fireplace again.Kirkstone Heating and Cooling Response

It was my second time using Kirkstone. First time it was a furnace replacement at my old place. The whole process from initial contact through to completion was smooth and efficient. My current call was for a gas fireplace tune up and service. Again consistent customer service communication contact via text messages and even a text saying the technician is enroute. ***** in the office was fantastic from both calls and **** who serviced the fireplace was polite and focused on the task at hand very efficient clean and an expert professional who knows the trade. Thank you for a job well done. I find it rare in todays world to find companies that really focus on being fair and honest with transparency.
