    Yes this company eSkinStore is the worst I have ever dealt with..I had placed a order on July 27, 2024 for product Lira Clinical Bio Line Hydrating Mineral Mist...An I had not received any updates on my order shipping so I called the costumer service for eSkinStore on August 1, 2024 an spoke to **** to find out that this product was on back order for 1 to 2 weeks, so then cancelled my order of this product an I asked him when will my money go back to my card because they taken the money out of $34.19 for this product already he said they haven't I told him it was pulled from my card of $34.19 for the product I asked to speak to a supervisor he said they can only email the supervisor to let them know that a customer needs to speak to him an I would receive a call back...I did get a call back from *** the supervisor from their customer service of *************************** the same day August 1, 2024 an he told me that it would take 10 business days for the money $34.19 to reverse back to my card...an if I had any further questions call or email them. So as of today August 14, 2024 I have not received my money of $34.19 back to my card an I have reached out to them by phone & via email several times..an all they tell me is they will look into this or that the money has gone back or to contact Shopify...I am very frustrated an upset that this company eSkinStore is not taking care of my refund or has made it a priority to get me back my money for a product I never received..

The payment for your order was not charged and authorized upon order placement. The authorization has been reversed once order was cancelled.     First off, took 1 month from ordering for me to get my products. Then, shipped me a defective product (cleansing balm was liquid with a solid clump floating in it) and broken Ultimage (bottom off, pump coming out and liquid leaking). This is $150 product! They are now saying I must PAY to ship back these broken/defective products in order to get a refund. Such a **** company BE WARE.

    Hello *****! Please allow me to respond to your review. First I apologize for the bad experience and delays in shipping. The delay is caused by manufacturer supply issues and we have done our best to source the products for you. Secondly the products damaged are mostly caused by cold temperature and freezing of the items if the package left outside or other reasons. Third, if we asked to return the items, we would provide a shipping label for you to return the item so there would be no cost to you. We usually do not need to have the damaged items be shipped back to us if confirmed by image and videos. I am not sure what has happened in this case, but I am following up with our customer service Reps. to find out. In the meantime please do not return the damaged items. I will be in contact with you regarding this matter via our order follow up portal.Sincerely,Customer Service Manager ****

    After two weeks of no shipments/updates, I called the company and they told me items were back ordered and would ship in a few days. A week goes by and I contact them again. They tell me it will take another week. After the 4th week, they tell me theyre charging me for full shipping $8.99 because they lost an item from my order and could no longer fulfill it. I kept trying to call them, but no body would reply to emails or calls. They still have not shipped at this point and then end up canceling my entire order. When I finally do get someone on the phone, I am offered no apology or an offer to ship my order without the shipping fee. I am told I didnt meet the minimum requirement for free shipping as if its my fault they lost an item from my order. This company has horrible customer service and I cant even vouch for it being authentic as they have my money and I still dont have my product or refund.

    I placed an order of products that the website mentioned it had in stock. It didn't. It's taking more than a month to have my products shipped to me. I had to cancel one product that hasn't arrived to their warehouse after many promises that it was on its way, then now they want me to pay for the shipping changes that happened after cancelling that one item. Tried contacting them several times before finally having someone answer their phone. ***** ***** ****** ***** **** ******* *** **** **** *********
