    It has been a year since I relied on this translator, endorsed by ****, to handle my driving records from ****. Obtaining these records from the police in **** was a challenging task for my family, who then sent them to Canada. I urgently needed these documents to qualify for the class 4 knowledge test crucial for my business. Despite being an ****-approved translator, my translated document was rejected twice within three months. Even after requesting refinements following the first rejection, **** declined it again. As a result, my document expired, and I endured a year-long setback, incurring substantial financial losses and exploring alternative ways to validate my eligibility for the class 4 test. Under intense financial and mental pressure, unable to obtain my class 4 approval, I eventually received the same letter from my family in ****. After having it translated by another professional, it was approved in less than two months. This individual should be held accountable for my losses and removed from this business, as evident from their inability to handle the translation process, thereby exacerbating the pressure on already stressed **********. Please find attached supporting documents for my claim and let me know how I can pursue my complaint.

    This circumstance with this complainant is very unfortunate. **** can take difficult positions but I vehemently deny that the translation was lacking or improper or fell bellow the standard required of me. This complainant came to see me for a translation in 2022, then came back a few months later in 2022 requesting an amendment, which I completed. I did not hear back from this customer until a few weeks ago (one year later). The customer called me, ********** me on the phone, and vowed to ruin my business in any way he could. He made numerous *********** and *******, and I asked him not to contact me again. He then called me a again a few days later and demanded $25,000. I again asked him not to contact me by telephone and asked him to put his lawyer in touch with him, as he advised me that he had a lawyer who he was working with with respect to this matter. 

    Since this conversation, I have received 6 reviews on ****** reviews from individuals who I have never completed any translation services for. I've also received a similar review from the complainant. In his review, and on the phone, he has advised that he is currently in the process of commencing litigation against me. I have reported this matter to my liability insurer. As such, I cannot provide any further comment, but I do want to make it clear that I did not fall below the standard and my translation was accurate. It is very unfortunate that the complainant had a set back in time with ****. I encourage him to complain with respect to **** if he believes there was an issue. Given the number of ******* and ********** behavior made by the complainant, I am considering my own legal options and will advise my lawyer once retained that this complaint has been made. My lawyer will be able to advise further on this matter.

    I am disheartened by the inaccurate portrayal of events provided by Golnaz A**********. I stand by my initial complaint, and I reject the baseless *********** made against me. The translation services I received were subpar, leading to financial consequences that I cannot overlook.

    I insist on a fair resolution that acknowledges the impact on my income due to the translator's mistakes and unprofessional conduct. I am open to further discussion and mediation but cannot accept the responsibility for actions I did not commit.

    Thank you for your response but I don't believe there is anything further for me to add. I've attached a number of ***** ****** reviews that were made immediately following the ******* uttered by the complainant. I will not be bullied by the complainant or his associates. When I reached out to other reviewers and asked that they remove their complaints as they were baseless and **********, half of them immediately removed their ***** reviews immediately. The complainant is alleging he is not affiliated with the other reviewers. I don't believe this is accurate as they were all posted within a 24 hour period of his review and his ******* to destroy my business.  Given the complainants actions to date, I've made it clear that I don't believe we should be participating in any communications with one another without my insurer or lawyers present and party to this communication.
