I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Scamming and fraudulent. The company sells vehicles that are literally broken, claiming to have a full warranty and somehow these inspections got past. I’d love to see how because no one sees the paperwork on this. My vehicle was broken from the moment it left the lot. I continued to have to bring it back with nothing ever getting fully resolved and continued to break down to the point where I couldn’t use it. I was met with childlike behavior and lies. All the while they then refused to give me back my deposit after I had already signed the vehicle back over to them. I encourage everyone to know their rights and contact the appropriate places for action, this is why the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC exists. ***** ****** *** **** ******* ****** **** **** ***** **** *** *** ******** ****** ** ******** ********* I recommend finding anywhere else, as we are now out of a vehicle that was used for our livelihood as well as the large deposit. Frankly the most disgusting and pathetic display of a business ever.

Justin Wall needed a towing vehicle. He came in to purchase a truck that was not ready for sale. We explained to him that there were some problems we had not repaired yet he persisted to take truck as he need it to move his large trailer. He brought the truck back and we repaired the items. We also did some repairs that happened after he had owned the truck for some time, such as new batteries and an oil change which he did not pay for. He financed the truck for a seven-month period at which time he used it commercially to haul trailers. He put on over 22000 kilometers and made only one payment. He came in with a now-broken transmission and returned the truck. We applied he original down payment to his now overdue payments and now in the process of suing him for the balance still outstanding. We have been in business for over 20 years and have sold thousands of cars. We are the only dealer in BC who provide a very comprehensive mechanical warranty for free with your purchase.Review from Connie K

Winchelsea Motors made purchasing a used car and trading my old car in absolutely seamless. Great customer service and a great warranty.
