We paid a $5000.00 retainer (Aug.7/19) to proceed with a foreclosure on a property that my mother had a registered Land title loan to a group that she sold 80 acres in the Cherryville B.C. too. She died in April 2018 , they stop making payment , the balance owing was $68,000.00 We hired him (litigation lawyer) to proceed with foreclosure We did a 2 hr face to face Aug.7 /19 And a 1 hr zoom meeting Aug 19/20 which he was totally unprepared for The document that we signed in 2019 said his hourly rate was $325.00 an hr We have sent several emails and many phone calls to him ( his) office with very little response I’m the legal executor to my mothers estate and after paying a lawyer here in Fort St John to email him asking for a statement of the cost so far , he ignored them x2 with a comment that he would prepare closing documents next week On the advise of our lawyer we reported him to the B/C Law society The property has since sold , we have been paid a agreed settlement Mr. V**** has not responded to most of our emails , the last correspondence was Sept 23/21 I reached out to him August 26/22 through his website , he said that he didn’t have our contact info and he was waiting on the law society for that info for the past few months We reminded him that he has our contact info all along He sent an email response within an hour that he would proceed with a statement and give us an estimate by the end of of the day (Aug.26th) we have not received a statement as promised and it’s now August 27/22 If we didn’t contact him on the 26th he most likely would not of contacted us In summary he takes your retainer but communicates very little We have all this documented and is available upon request Thanks ***** ** *****

Mr V**** emailed us back when we used his website “get help you deserve “ In summary we agreed to a final payment that was suppose to be deposited today Sept 2/22 , nothing has been deposited as of 7:48 PM , it’s Sept 2/22
