Salesman was super pushy. Reminded me of a ***************** sales associate I had come to my door once. I didn't commit to anything because it seemed shady right away. Looking at the reviews now, my instincts tell me I was right. Sounds like a bunch of scammer salesman. Would not recommend giving these guys more than a 30 second hello and goodbye.Review from James C

The sales person was very congenial, but dishonest. The pitch is that the new system will save enough to pay for itself. They make the appearance of crunching your numbers, but never show you the numbers, they just say you qualified. It is not possible to reduce my hydro bill by $150 per month by simply replacing our water tank. Efficiency Solutions Comfort Services Inc actually takes out a loan *in*your*name* for the cost of their product, and you cannot cancel the loan yourself, you need to convince Efficiency Solutions Comfort Services Inc to cancel it.Review from Joe W

Started off being negative with trying to book an apt. When I was finally able to deal with Kevin B********* he turned it all around. Great customer service, professional and personable. Made sure I was looked after and got me a good deal on my new furnace. Going to install it this Sunday! Great job turning my experience around. That is how it’s done. I will be sure to recommend family and friends to Efficiency Solutions just ask for Kevin!Review from William H

Our home consultant was never pushy and gave us all the options. He was polite, professional, and helpful. Great time having him in our home. When it came to installation time the guys came in and worked also very professionally and got the job done that day. The unit works great and coming from trades guy myself the install was clean and looks good on the outside and inside. Nothing but positives on this end from me. Our experience with Efficiency Solutions has been great from start to finish. When we realized we needed a new heating and cooling system, we contacted Efficiency Solutions without any hesitation. My brother has used their services in the past and he has always been extremely pleased. Robert came to our home to talk with us about our options. He was very knowledgeable as well as informative. He gave us our quote on the spot and our new system was installed the next day. The technicians were on time and very professional. They were respectful of our home, they made sure to leave every area exactly as they found it. They also assisted us with set up of the technical part of the thermostat. Robert came back to help us get our ****** rebate ($800). I would highly recommend Efficiency Solutions. Thank you Kaila for your follow up calls. Extremely pleasant.Review from Robert Y

A representative named Kevin came to our house in the fall claiming to be affiliated with ****** ** and indicated he needed to come in and check on our furnace. (we don't have one so then it was the water heater that needed looking at). After his "inspection" we were told that our water heater was close to needing replacing and there was a solution to ever needing another water heater by installing a carbon water filter. This filter was to have saved us money each month on our utility bill and that it would improve the quality and taste of our water. The savings from the unit would offset any expenses from the cost of the unit itself. It has been several months. Not only did the filter start to make a lot of noise which we had to get looked at but we have to this date not noticed any decrease at all in our monthly power bill. Besides that we no longer find the water as good to drink. The claim of outstanding customer service is something we have yet to experience. Kevin will not return any phone calls. We were supposed to have a representative come to check the efficiency of the carbon filter and that visit also did not materialize and as well we had no phone call. The Company known as Efficiency Solutions Comfort Services. They came to my *******' home and convinced them to have Efficiency Solutions equipment installed that would offer heat and air conditioning. The Heat portion works fine, but the AC does not work at all. And apparently there is a pre-authorized payment of $36.73 per month that is supposed to cover annual maintenance. Yet no one has been around to do the annual maintenance. I've been trying to contact the company to schedule a maintenance check and to make whatever repairs are necessary to the AC works. I've been trying to contact the company's 24/7 emergency service, but apparently the number is Not in Service. I also contacted the installer's number, and the number given is Not Assigned. I am cancelling the $36.73 monthly payment. And I highly suggest that when anyone from Efficiency Solutions comes knocking on your door, turn them away!! This company is a ****!!!Review from Amalia N

Regrets !!!! why I trusted this company to change my furnace .the 24 hours emergency line takes days to response, office not able to help even no heat hot water for two days .combi boiler was installed October 2020- right away I complaints about the noise,gas odour ,changes water temperature rapidly hot/cold.tech come and go not dealing with the problem.February 2021 we got red tag from ******* gas For 2 days no heat no hot water.STILL DEALING WITH EFFICIENCY SOLUTION TO THIS DATE.Review from Bunny L. Last May 2021 I had a polite young man show up at my door , he was representing Efficiency Solutions, long story short because I had a 21 year old furnace he talked me into a new furnace, he was a great smooth talker & I unfortunately fell for it, everything seemed to be rushed, I did try to ask more questions about the installation % financing but didn’t really get much for answers, jump ahead to the winter weather, my house was cold, the furnace ran almost continuously, now after calling their service line I was told someone would come, he called later to say he didn’t have time as got to busy at other homes, he said he would be over the next day- - -, I am still waiting, so then I tried to contact the company that fianced them but could not get through sooooo, I contacted a local furnace company, a representative came very next day, now I find out that they installed a 70,000 btu instead of a 80,000 that is written on the only paper I have ever received , also the plumbing was not done properly, I had a lawyer’s office contact their financial providers only to find out that payout is more than $14,000.00 and that it’s a rental, I also did not know that they *** * **** ** ** ***** please do not get involved with them, ** *** **** ** ******* ******* *** ** ** * ** * ********** lesson learned ??
