    On Sunday, April 7th around 1:30pm my daughter and I decided to have Subway for lunch at the *************************** in *******************, **. I ordered a 6" ham on Flatbread, with shredded cheese and bacon, toasted. I added lettuce, tomato and black olives. When I was 3/4 done my sandwich I felt something sharp jab the inside of my upper lip. I pulled out a sharp piece of metal. I immediately returned to the Subway counter and showed the worker behind the till. He said he would get somebody. The lady who made my sandwich came out from the back. She took one look at the metal object and immediately got defensive. "*** ** **** ** ***** **** ******** **** ***** *** **** ***** ****** **." I told her that it absolutely came from there as it was inside my sandwich. She argued again. I left and immediately posted on our Prince ****** restaurant review page and contacted Subway through the website. This is very troubling to me. I'm glad that my sandwich had the metal piece, rather than my daughter's or another kid. The fact that the lady didn't want to investigate where it could have come from is even more disturbing. I saved the metal piece and receipt. I complained through their website and through their ******** page. After complaining on one of their advertisements, they messaged me and said someone would be in contact with me ASAP. That was 12 days ago and I haven't heard from them since.
