            The balcony rooftop was built on Sat Aug. 17,they worked on it after 1pm and completed around after 7pm that same day.We paid **** the ******* first upon arrival the half amount of cash $1250 as per their regulation before they start the job then ***************** **** came by after the job was done& we paid him the other half cash $1250.They sent us the est invoice for me to sign as otherwise they will not do the job on saturday and on the estimate invoice it says the warranty of 3 years for ************** not even one day after the job the roof started to leak on Sunday early morning. My husband contacted **** via text &called & demanded for him to repair it as he mentioned to him before right after the job on Sat he noticed there was a gap from the top roof that will be a problem as the other half part of it did not have the gap & sure enough that is where the leak is present.**** assured us it should not leak and that is the way the roof is built because of the wood from the roof of the house where it's not straight/aligned. **** went back on Sunday to patch it but again my husband mentioned to them that it's missing the other cover on the top of the roof as he went up there to check and he took video and showed it to ****. ***** **** went back on ********** said they need to order that part and material and will come back later. They never came back that day & now when my husband is calling & texting ****, he's not answering,my husband feels he's been blocked.This whole time I've been emailing **** as well for the paid invoice receipt & have been ignored no email back from him about it..We feel we've been taken advantage off because now they are not contacting us *********** not even one day the roof is leaking,so not satisfied & we paid them cash onsite full amount by the end of the job.My husband found this company on FB market place and now we've read reviews that this person is not reliable. Pls help us,we're still missing the receipt and the new roof is leaking.
