The only reason they got one star is cause I had to leave a star otherwise Id leave nothing ************ was nothing but a headache the lies they never let me know that they only actually have one truck that leaves BC they charged me extra to repack things that really didnt need to be repacked because I didnt use brown tape held my stuff for an additional week, which then I had to buy brand new stuff for my kids because they were starting school because I didnt know that Id wait two weeks for my stuff to leave **

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company during my recent move from *******, AB to **********, **. The delivery of my belongings was delayed by more than a week beyond the timeline promised during the quote process. The company provided no explanation for the delay and failed to take any responsibility for the situation. Moreover, I was overcharged more than double the amount based on your companys weight assessment. I had carefully weighed every item before shipping, so I knew the exact weight of my belongings. The charge was made while my belongings were in transit, so I had no choice but to pay the amount demanded, despite knowing it was an overcharge. When I requested to have my belongings reweighed, I was charged an additional $600, even though reweighing the items is the customers right under U.S. law. Upon the arrival of my belongings in *******, I reweighed everything and confirmed that I was significantly overcharged. When I requested a reimbursement for the extra charge, the company stopped responding to my emails. This level of service is unacceptable, and it is troubling that a company operating in this manner is allowed to continue its *********** NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible experience. From the pick up of my furniture- the hardwood floors were all scratched up due to obvious dragging pieces instead of picking them up. Demanding the full payment when everything was on a truck already. In a contract we had written 6 to 10 business day delivery from ********* to ********. According to this we should of received our load on July 5th the latest. We were told by a coordinator ************************ on June 28 that our load was picked up on 23 of June and was delivered to ******** already. He didn't see the problem of delivering to our place on July 2nd. Nobody showed up on July2nd, and as it turned out, our load was sitting in ******* instead. BC Express movers don't bring their loads farther then *******. They are dealing with another Company in *******, they have a distribution center out there. But in this place priorities are not a fulfilling the contract with the client (since they didn't even have any contract with us), priorities are to get a full load. The first phone call we received from them was on July 5, they said our load will be delivered on Saturday, July 6 from 2 to 4pm. We booked the elevator that day, waited. Nobody showed up, nobody called. I cannot tell how many phone calls and letters we made between July 6 and July 20 when we finally got our load. We were footballed from BC Express movers to the distribution center in ******* and back. We had 3 more promised dates - July 10, 13 and 17. None of them were fulfilled, they simply didn't show up every time and didn't call to cancel. And the answer was always the same - don't have a full load. We are older people, and to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks in an empty apartment was not much fun. On July 20 when we got our load, some of the fragile contents were broken, although they were wrapped with bubble wrapping, TV box was upside down, not even looked at the arrow up. We moved quite a few times long distance before, never had such a bad experience with any moving ***

Just a quick SMS chat and I was on the schedule.Come moving day, these folks showed up right on time, ready to load. They handled my stuff with care, wrapping everything up nice and snug. Not a single scratch on anything!But what really impressed me was their speed. I blinked, and they had my entire apartment loaded onto their truck. They didn't waste a minute, which was a lifesaver cause I had a tight schedule to stick to.Even unloading at the new place was a breeze. They placed everything where I wanted it, no questions asked.Overall, BC Express Movers totally nailed it. If you're looking for a moving company that's reliable, efficient, and won't break the bank, these are your guys. Highly recommend!

BCExpress Movers was amazing. I was about to use U-Haul, but these guys were cheaper and ****x easier to reserve. The office members helped me though all the process and the shipment arrived earlier than expected. They gave me 3 weeks free storage in their warehouse while I was looking for a new house which came super handy cause I didnt have to rent a self storage. Two thumbs up!!!

Smooth af. moved me to Cali for less than 2 grand and took only a couple weeks no cap they cleared customs and delivered it all to my new crib. was worried bout the price but they gave me a lit deal
