    Oct 25, 2024 I was scheduled for a flight from ******* to Terrace BC, for myself and my son, this included a stop in *******************. Our flight was to depart ******* at 8:05am, arrive in ******************* at 9:25am, a 30 min layover and then depart Prince ****** at 9:55am to arrive in ******* for 11:05am. Our flight from ******* was delayed significantly and then once we arrived in ******************* our flight was cancelled and Central Mountain Air advised that they could not get us to Terrace until Wednesday Oct 30th. Resulting in having to cancel the remainder of our trip, which included the following:Once in *******, I had a car rental to get from ******* to *************, where I had a hotel booked for 3 nights.We would then leave ******************* on Monday Oct 28th, arriving for our scheduled flight departing 3:40pm from ******* to ********* and bringing us back to ********We finally were able to leave Prince ****** **** to ******* where we arrived at 5:31pm on Oct 25th.I am seeking reimbursement for my roundtrip flight for myself and my son $1,362.74, $39.00 for myself and $39.00 for my son for lunch and dinner as no vouchers were provided, and my airport parking in the amount of $16.75 for a total of $1457.49.

    I purchased a return flight from Edmonton to High Level for my daughter to come home for Christmas. Her arriving flight was changed, delayed, cancelled but finally after a couple of days they got her on a flight home. Her returning flight was booked for January 2, they changed it to January 3 and then completely cancelled it and because they could not rebook her they promised me a full refund. I waited and waited and no refund. I starting calling and emailing them every few weeks then weekly seeking my refund. I was given various reasons why my refund hadn’t arrived yet. Finally early February I was told a manual check was being issued and I would have it in 2-3 weeks! Well the 3 weeks was up on February 22 and nothing arrived. Now I’ve been told it was stalled on a managers desk but again told it would be expedited. Not sure what they feel expedited is! Here we are in April and no signs of my $411 refund. My credit card has now charged me 3 months interest on a service I never received. I just want my money back!
