Stay away from this company. While the work on the roof seems good, the whole process was a pain in my neck through after agreeing to have the work done. You can at least double his expected time frames, from when they will start to the time it takes to complete the project. As well as when they will come and fix the problems with the work they did. They will always say I will be there next week, or the next nice day. Well a dozen nice days go by and their answer doesn't change. I am over a year and a half from when I was supposed to have my roof and gutters replaced. And they have been back to my house close to 10 times trying to fix their mistakes and get my gutters draining and not leaking. This is by far the worst customer experience I have had with any contractor, and I have just spent over $100k on renos.

After a series of stressful condescending emails from this guy, for my own mental health and well-being I had to delegate dealing with him to a crew foreman. The only outstanding item on the roof was caulking a leaky corner of gutter which I thought my worker would have no problem dealing with. I assumed it was done as I heard nothing from this guy, and then I get notified about this posting here. I've done hundreds if not thousands of roofs in Greater Victoria over the last 30 years and never had someone go straight to besmirching my reputation to the BBB without giving me the opportunity to make it right beforehand which I certainly would have done so here had I known. The worker I delegated the caulking of the gutter to has now been suspended and will be reprimanded and possibly terminated. Having said that, this was a minor outstanding issue that certainly didn't warrant this step being taken, in my opinion. I would advise the public to stay away from this person as a client as this posting says a lot more about him (and it doesn't surprise me after all the personally condescending emails he sent) than it does myself or my company.
