Monday October 23 2023 I saw a hair dresser who offers hair extensions. She did not provide the services we both agreed upon. She had said she has worked with my hair type and after 9 hours the first day it was nothing like we had discussed. We had several conversations about adding extensions to my hair and what the outcome would be. I had to then go back the next day for an additional 4 hours to correct it. It then went from dark w/white ends to frizzy blond. I questioned her along the way, and she just kept telling me to trust her. She was to keep my grey hair and add grey extensions. She used what she said was a toner in my hair but it was permanent hair dye which I had a reaction too. She did not provide me the long hair. She damaged my real hair and completely covered my grey hair that I have been growing out for 4 years. She said she works with grey hair and would have no problem with it. She has not tried to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I have connected several times and she has blocked me from being able to communicate with her over phone. I did attempt to get an email address and she declined to provide me one. Money spent: $1830.39 Deposit: $595.00 Service: $660.39. She also took a deposit from me for my daughter to have her hair done of $595.00. After my experience, I cancelled my daughters appointment and requested a refund or the hair extensions that I purchased and this is when she blocked me. This has been absolutely devastating for me. I had to then go to another hairdresser and have her strip my hair and re dye the whole thing which cost me approx $200.00. She is a homebased business. She goes by InvisiVeil Hair Extensions on instagram but I believe her business name is ************** as indicated. She is a homebased business in an apartment, so I am unable to access the building. Im not sure if shes licensed to operate out of her home. I have been told she took a course to install hair, but is not trained or licensed to dye hair.
