            Comfort Inn Went to Comfort Inn my last trip to Surrey. I have stayed there many times in the last few yyears We arrived 10:30 checked out 6:30 am didn’t touch anything . Went to bed and woke up and left as we often do quick Trips to pick up our ********* or do ******* appointments. Then I find an additional $500 charge on my card . They didn’t call or anything.So I call them and they say a cord on a lamp was cut . I said we have no idea how this could be we didn’t touch anything and of coarse asked how a lamp cord was $500 .So the manager says oh the air conditioner cord was cut too I explained we came and left never touched anything. He proceeds to say oh it must of been your dog . Of coarse I asked which was it cut or chewed you must know the difference. He says he thinks it was chewed . I explained that my dog had her teeth removed 3 years ago ** **** **** ******** I even sent them pictures of my ** **** *** dog with no teeth

            The busily has not contacted me to discuss any of this since they hung up on me .
            I checked my credit card to see if they had returned my funds to find the did return 50% of it . The sum of $250 was returned to me out of the $500 extra they charged me . This is not sufficient they had no right to charge me without discussing it in the first place . I proved to them my dog could not of chewed the cords as she has no teeth . I sent them pictures of her . I can also supply the vet bill from removing them a long time ago
