            To the BBB,On October 19, 2023, I hired Abba Landscaping based on a BBB review. Abba Landscaping was retained to construct a wooden retaining wall, a overlapped customized cedar fence and a wooden flower bed. On October 26, 2023, Abba Landscaping completed the project. Company owner ***** promised that this project would be high quality and that I would satisfied with the workmanship of the project.The materials used in the construction of the overlapped customized cedar fence and the work of Abba Landscaping appears to have been deficient. The design of the overlapped customized cedar fence was based on overlapping cedar fence panels. Some of the overlapping cedar fence panels appear to be cracked already, are no longer overlapping, and are no longer secured. Additionally, the fence posts that were mounted into the ground do not appear to have been mounted in a straight line.I reached out to ***** multiple times since June 2023 to have him come over to discuss and review my issues with the quality of the workmanship done by Abba Landscaping. He agreed to attend my place on September 18, 2023 to assess my fence. However, ***** no showed attending my place on September 18, 2023. My phone calls and texts messages have been unanswered again.Best regards,*******************

            Hi *****, We are very sorry to hear this.

            I been comunicating with you and you were aware that the person assigned to come to see the deficiencies unfortunately got injured and wasn't able to come on the day we had scheduled this repair. We both agreed that I will let you know when this person will be available. 

            The several call you did and weren't answered where made on Sunday.  Im so sorry. We are closed on Sundays. 

            When we talk over the phone last Friday you said you were frustrated and post this review to force us to come back to repair it.

            We don't need to be force to come back by anyway. We stand behind our warranties. 

            We will come to address this issues soon. 

            You said. ************** and ill remove this review.

            Ill arrange for someone to come to check this next Monday October 2/23

            I am rejecting this response because: I dont believe Jairos response necessarily states all the relevant facts and details.

            However, I wish to focus on resolving the issues at hand, which is dealing with the fence. I would appreciate it if ***** could please confirm who will be coming over to resolve the fence issues, and the day and time they will be arriving.

            I need to see the issues one more time. Last time I went didn't notice any gap or crack on the panels. 

            Once I figure out the issues I'll arrange for the repair this coming Saturday sometimes before noon.

            I am rejecting this response because: Sorry, since June 2023, I have been calling and waiting many months, and you didnt have any appointments to meet with me before you rescheduled on September 18, 2023. We need to look at the fence and discuss the issues together. I will see you at my house location address at 1pm tomorrow.
