Retrain drivers if they're going to be on the road. If they don't understand the rules of the road, they could potentially cause an accident. One of your drivers was in a left lane and it is clearly marked left. You cannot go straight and suddenly increase your speed, driving into the rear of another vehicle like mine. Intersection of 88 ave and ****** hwy, toward Whalley. To try to argue with me at the next intersection, especially getting out of the truck in an unsafe spot to try to argue and take a picture of my license plate then leave is not right. Even if stopped at a red light while I'm in-between cars and he's at again in the left lane stopping beside me is not safe. I said even if it was a mistake, you should not increase your speed and he had no response to that. No apologies or anything.

***** ******, is a nightmare boss. Emterra . Heres why you might not want to work for one of the worst people ever. 1. **Mistreater of Employees**: He mistreats those who work for him, making the workplace unbearable. Employees feel unappreciated, overworked, and constantly on edge due to his behavior.2. **Unfairness**: His unfair treatment of employees could create a toxic work environment. Favoritism, lack of recognition, or unjust decisions could lead to widespread dissatisfaction and low morale.3. **Uncouth and Unkind**: he lacks basic respect for others. His words and inconsiderate actions might make people feel belittled and unimportant.4. **Uncaring and Unhelpful**: His lack of care for his employees' well-being means he ignores their needs, whether its about work-life balance, mental health, or even just basic human decency. This can lead to burnout and a sense of hopelessness among staff.5. **Unreliable**: hes likely to break promises, miss deadlines, or fail to support his team. He puts undue stress on employees, and creates an atmosphere of chaos and *********** summary, ***** ****** creates an environment where people feel constantly under siege, with little to no support or recognition. His leadership, or lack thereof, makes him someone who damages not just the companys culture but the well-being of every person working there and its crucial to find ways to protect yourself. Seek a healthier work environment.

Our garbage was not picked up, and Emterra's customer service response to me was basically that it was my fault and did nothing about it. On July 11, our garbage was supposed to be picked up and wasn't. It only comes every 2 weeks, so this is an issue with smaller kids and lots of garbage (diapers, etc). I immediately contacted customer service, who did not get back to me. I had to follow up 3 different times via email and phone calls before finally being addressed. They kept telling me to leave my garbage out and they'd pick it up. Never happened. They eventually came on the next regularly scheduled garbage run on July 25, which by then we had 1 month's worth of garbage piled up. Unacceptable for an essential service in my opinion. Very unimpressed with how I was treated, they made promises they couldn't keep, and worst of all made me feel like it was my fault for the garbage not being collected. We pay for this service via the City, and we expect that service to be completed per their contract with the City, with reasonable remedies when special circumstances arise. That's how I'd expect a business to operate anyhow...

Terrible service. Yard waste hasn't been picked up in 5 weeks. Regular garbage pick up is hit and miss. **************** is terrible too.

They are a horrible company, last week they totally missed my garbage that I had to then get in my car and rush down to them to let them know...and they make a absolute mess in our streets, leaving garbage in the street when it's their fault for not shaking the garbage can out all the way...it's nasty!!
