In 2019, I began my search for healthy bedding products. I no longer wanted to spend 8 hours a night in a bed made out of toxic chemicals. Many hours were spent first, researching exactly what these toxins such as formaldehyde, gas emissions consisted of and what health risks they entailed. My research continued looking for a reputable business I could purchase authentic, organic cotton and latex. Although I live in *******, ******, both US and ******** businesses were explored. I kept an open mind with one goal, to find a business that was ethical and used truly, non toxic products. After researching extensively online, and exploring many businesses, speaking to multiple vendors, it the goal of educating myself, and finding exactly the products I was looking for, my detailed and extensive research brought me to have an in-depth telephone conversation with ***, the owner of INBED ORGANICS. I asked many detailed questions regarding the quality of their products. It was my first experience, where I felt confident finally, making a serious purchase. With all mu purchases I made, I am happy to say, I finally found the quality Of toxic free products I was looking for.Over the last five years, I have ordered many of their products. Not once have I been disappointed with their quality. I purchased top quality unbleached, certified, organic cotton, percale bed sheets, latex shredded pillows, certified organic, duvet cover, latex mattress, and a soft, latex mattress topper. More recently; a latex pillow wedge, which is incredibly well made. I sleep each night now, in absolute healthy comfort, no longer immersed in toxins. INBED ORGANICS latex has absolutely zero odor, and is very clean visually, with no markings. These are the two factors I was especially looking for.If you are in search of quality, and a genuine, non toxic sleep, then I cannot recommend INBED ORGANICS enough.

We absolutely love our Nuve beds. They arrived just under the quoted time, were well built and easy to assemble. The wood grain on the maple has a nice consistent grain and figure, free of knots. The joints are sturdy, making it very quiet. The recessed legs are well thought out. Being a young family with periods of night time awakenings between newborns and toddlers, I have not once stubbed my toes in the groggy pitch black night. We highly recommend this bed if you are looking for something simple and sturdy with a timeless design. I purchased my queen two layers mattress from InBed Organic after a lengthy search and I am very happy with the quality of the product and service for many reasons. First, the mattress is made from a natural organic material, which does not attract dust and insects. Second, its multilayer design of a variety of heights and densities, which you can exchange for another type even after purchase (I actually requested exchanging the mattress core with a firmer density and they did it at no extra cost). Third, it is a local small business owned and operated by a woman that I am happy to support. The only issue I had was not being up to their promise for the delivery time. But I disregard this in my rating since I totally understand the unforeseen challenges they face due to manufacturing it in a remote country (not with very stringent standards in service) and delivering it from a long distance considering the current busy and messy transportation in the world. I am very happy with my ******** and the service I received from Jem and her staff. I have a number of shoulder and hip issues. The types of organic layers available were explained to me and I had a chance to lie on them in the showroom. They patiently helped me tweak the queen ******** I purchased from them. I am sleeping more comfortably than I have in years!

This company makes mattresses and bedding in their location in Kits and does a great job at it!I am able to alter my pillow which is a relief after collecting so many pillows over the years that are not returnable. Best pillow ever!

Its been just about 1.5 years since my wife and I purchased a latex mattress from inBed Organics. Were now on the search again for a new mattress and wanted to outline some dealings with the company as our backs and shoulders have been sore for too long now.Upon the first visit we were greeted and helped by ***. She was very nice and gave us a bit of a back story on her store and why she sold the organic latex. We talked about some numbers for how much it would cost to get a king size 8 eco luxury and got a quote so my wife and I decided to think about since its over $5k for the purchase. They followed up with one email and phone call to see if we had decided or not. Then followed up with another email a day later. After deciding on purchasing I asked if there was any discount at all as we considered 2 latex pillows as well. ******** was kind enough to offer 10% off the invoice so we decided to purchase the king size and pillows.The mattress was delivered and had a large cut in it which *** herself saw in person. She said she would exchange if we needed for another one or if we needed to try a different density. Finally happy to have our new latex mattress we tried it out for a few days at home. We had discomfort in the lower back and shoulders. We emailed the Jem and she was passing the contact over to ******** at this point.*** didnt want to help us. They cant seem to figure out why we have so much discomfort as we exchanged many tops and bottoms over months. One troubling thing is we had some exchanged to us to try that were clearly used and not cleaned (found a few female hairs already on the exchanged ones upon deliver and they were advised as being new and sealed even though it was just plastic wrapped. Its been over 1.5 years of us hoping this was going to be a great sleep purchase and wanting to support a local company. We stopped getting contact from them in December 2021 after we picked up our last exchange for a Talalay latex.

I hope you got my voicemail. I would really like to talk to you on the phone about your feeling poorly of me and inBed Organics.It does not sit well with me and I am very sorry you felt that you were not important to us. I do value all my customers and really do want to help them sleep well. I wish you had told me your feelings before writing a review. I would listen and try to figure out a way to make you happy about your mattress. Over the years we have had great success with helping people sleep well and it gives me the motivation to help others who don't sleep well. You know my story of how I started this because my son had allergies to dust mites and being a single mom it also was a way to keep my kids close when they were young and not put them in daycare. I am approachable and I do care. We tried to switch out your density more than once even though we say one switch out because I really do want you to love your bed!If you want to try again, even though so much time has passed I will.Also, when you said the latex was used because it had some hair on it, I understand that the latex is static and ******** and I had to be careful when packaging. The latex comes to us and after cutting and slicing it, it is up to us to take out the inventory. Please just request a new piece if you find a flaw or something that you don't like. We will warranty our products always. Returned items are put on Marketplace and ********** for a discounted price. I think your statement is not fair and I hope you can understand that you have a warranty. I'm not sure why you did not bring this to my attention a year and a half ago. ***** has caused things to go on the back burner and perhaps that is why. Because of the last couple of years with covid and so many businesses and people suffering I just am committed to being compassionate and helpful. Please, let me know if I can do something to make you feel better about this situation.
