In July/August 2020 I had successfully posted personal ads in the Dating section of the Classifieds to meet consenting female adults. I had successfully met a few via Vansky's classified personal ad. After 2022, I tried to use the same personal ad that worked before, now it is blocked by Vansky. I've read over the TOS several times and I did not violate any of it. Vansky is blocking my personal ad because the people who works at Vansky are ************** people posting personal ad for discreet encounters. There is NOTHING in the TOS that states that is allowed. I've followed the TOS and my personal ad for discreet encounters do not violate it.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the blocking of personal ads on Vansky. We appreciate the feedback, and we would like to provide further clarification on our company policies and standards.
As Vansky is a private company, we have established our own set of rules and moral standards that guide the operation of our platform. Attached is the personal ad of Mr. ***** *** posted on Feb 9 through his email ***********************. While our terms of service (TOS) may not explicitly restrict content in the dating section related to seeking FWB (Friends with Benefits) or NSA (No Strings Attached) relationships, we operate with a commitment to social responsibility and ethical conduct. It is important to note that while seeking such relationships may not be explicitly prohibited by our TOS, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all individuals who utilize our platform. As such, we exercise discretion in evaluating the appropriateness of content posted on Vansky, particularly when it pertains to seeking intimate encounters.
We understand that Mr.***'s intention may have been to connect with consenting adults for discreet encounters. However, we must consider the potential implications and ethical concerns associated with facilitating such interactions, especially in cases where individuals may already be in committed relationships.
Our decision to block personal ads seeking female sex partners is rooted in our commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting respectful interactions among our users. We believe it is our responsibility to foster an environment that prioritizes integrity, honesty, and mutual respect.

I am rejecting this response because:* **** *** ** ********** *** ******* **** **** ****** ******* *** *********** *** ** ********** *** *********** **** *** ********* ***** ******** *** ******* ** ******* *** *************
Your defense argument, you are making a judgement claim without fact or merit or evidence that * *** ****** ****** **** ** ** *********** ****** *** ** ********** **** *********** ***** *** ********* You do not control the world, the people nor do you have the right to tell what others can think or decide. Freedom of speech. Democracy. It is up to the readers/audience to answer the ad. It is their perogative. I did not force them to read or contact me from the ad. What you are doing is essentially **********. * ***** ****** **** ** ** ** *** ******* ********* *** *** ******* *** **** ** *** ******* ***** *** *** ******* *** **** **** ****** **** ******** ***** * ****** ** ********

Ethics is debatable as it depends on education, the country and culture. No one is right or wrong. *************** ***** ***** ***** *** ****** ************ ** *** **** ****** As long as we are consenting adults, that is normal. ********** ******** **** *** *** ***** **** *** ******** ********** *********** ****** *** ********* ****** *** ********** *** ********* ****** ** **** **** ***** **** ****** ** *** **** *** **** *** *** ** *** **** **** **** ****** ** **** ******** *********** *** ******** * **** * * ** **** *** ******* **** *** ***** ***** **** *** ******* *** ***** *** ** **** *** ****** ***** *** *** * ***** *** ******* **** ****** *** *** **** * ****** ** ***** ****** *** *** ** **** *** *** *** ******* *** ** ** ***** ****
I find your defense argument is hypocritical and laughable. There are other posts by ******* men who are posting similar to mine, but not as ******** as mine. **** *** ***** ***** ****** ** *** ** ***** ***** ****** **** **** *** **** **** *** ****** *** ***** *** *** *** *** **** **** ***** *** ** **** ***** ******** ******* Thus contradicts your defense argument. So really, your defense argument is a poor defense.

*********************** is a classified advertisements website just like ********** or ******. I have posted advertisement selling my cars on the website. I tried to delete the ad after the vehicle is sold, but the website had a technical issue and my ad is unable to get deleted. I have contacted their customer service via ******, (which is their only customer service contact) and ask them to delete my ad off their website for me, as the ad contained all of my personal information such as name and phone number, with photos of my house etc. Their customer service asks for payment in order for them to delete an ad that I have posted. I have tried multiple times negotiating with customer service, but they insist on charging me, I have no choice but to contact BBB and file a complain with the hope that BBB can help me delete my online posting along with my personal info online. I can upload screenshots of my conversation ** ******* with Vansky customer service if requested.Business response

The customer, named Cody Tel *** *** ****, had asked us to delete his one post, When we found that he posted two AD with same information on our website at different time (12/01/2021 13:22, and 01/17/2022 16:24),
He said he only posted one 01/17/2022 16:24 (which he received the delete link and deleted by himself) and have no idea about the first AD(in our ****** conversation).
Now he stated to BBB this is our technically problem, and our question is simple: Can our system create his first ad (dated 12/01/2021 13:22) without information he provided?
The customer fully understands he has to save the AD link in order to modify delete/edit the post Before posting an AD, and there are must-read before posting,
On notes #9 mentioned, If you need our services to remove advertisements, we will charge for the relevant services.
The customer said he is a Lawyer worked at ********* ******* ******** *** ******. then he should know more about a company policy.
also, we are wondering ***** *** is a same person named Cody? and also, Telephone number is different here.
We provide the web ad service for personal for free over 23 years, but people have to maintain their post by themselves without our operation. It is clear at our website.Customer response
