I since found their company email which is ****************************** Basically I hired them to do a Move Out cleaning for my apartment, they originally quoted $300 for cleaning and carpet steaming but asked for $400 once they arrived onsite. We told them we needed this cleaning for help us pass our Move Out inspection and get our full damage deposit back, they agreed and said if any spots were missed or if the inspection was not passed, they would come back and fix up missed spots as needed. They cleaned up the few spots that where a small mess was left, they did a rough wipe out of our fridge and stove top but it was covered in cleaning solution residue afterwards, and they did steam our carpets, but they did not deep clean anything else really as we still had to go and wipe out all of our cabinets, deep clean our bathrooms, clean the oven and microwave which they did not even touch. They also only spent a little over 2 hours on the place with 2 people which is not nearly enough time considering the $400 that we paid.Once I pointed out all the spots that were missed, they refused to come back and fix them and when I brought up the policy they had previously mentioned, he eventually told me to leave him alone and stop contacting him and that it was a done deal after I took a quick look at their job and paid him.We then had to go back and finish the job ourselves which is what we were trying to avoid by hiring cleaners, so I would at least like 50% or more of what I paid back considering I did not receive nearly the full service I was expecting.

We did the job as scheduled and increased the price 100 dollars due to property size. Customer agreed to price and we started the job. After the job was done customer inspected the property and even checked the carpets after touching them they were wet. Which means they were steam cleaned. which we told customer carpets will be wet for another 5 to 6 hours. The customer agreed and said good job to us and paid after that. Then after few hours some lady calls us who we never met complaining for the job. We politely said customer  paid after inspecting the job but still if any issue by the real estate we will come back and solve the issue. But real estate never sent us any email regarding the issue. Usually if real estates have any issue with cleaning in property they send is a work order which we never got. The customer was more focused on refund than to get the job re done. We did the job and got paid after the job done if job was not well done why did they pay us after the clean.

I am rejecting this response because:

Business seems to be glossing over the fact that they said they would fix any issues if need and that when requested to come fix missed spots, they refused and told me to stop contacting them.

We could not leave it to the Inspector to say "this job is not good enough and you need to fix it" since we gave up access to the unit following the inspection and they would have just charged us again to have other cleaners come in.

They also lied about saying that they had cleaned the oven and microwave when they definitely did not even touch those items - and then we should had to come back and spend many hard hours fixing the the numerous spots that they missed, which, aside from steaming the carpets, pretty well rendered hiring them useless and a waste of money for us as we still had to come back and do the job ourselves in the end.

Business should not be offering a policy of "we will come back and fix it" if they in fact will not, nor should they be promising a "Move Out Clean" if they job they provide would not actually be adequate enough to satisfy inspection and get the damage deposit back in full.

    Sincerely,

    *******************************
