    I returned a coat to them, it took 10 days to process the return, then was issued an e-gift card and not refunded my money. They said it was listed on the website that sale items could only be returned for store credit, which is an insane policy to not gift obvious notification (it was in very fine print).

    This company is a scam. My husband ordered a coat for me more than 3 weeks ago here in ****** and it didnt arrive but marked down as delivered. Aritzia and ***** cant provide any proof that it was delivered. Aritzia does not answer to any follow up emails anymore. Well try to get a refund but Ive lost almost 150 for the tax to ***** as well. Im glad I changed my mind with buying more coats. Never again. ***** this company at all costs.

    Absolutely awful to deal with. Bought some items for my daughter online on Black Friday. They dont fit, so we returned them. The only option was store credit. We are waiting to reorder until we get our credit. We called. They confirmed they received the shirt and pants back. However, no credit for the pants. Just the shirt. We have lost track of how many times we have called. They have confirmed they have the returns, but they must investigate before they refund the pants. After several calls, we still have no credit. Worst service I have ever received. Still no resolution or response. So looks like Im making another phone call. Also working on disputing with credit card as that seems to be an easier route to get this resolved at this point.

    I ordered an item on December 4, 2024, to give as a Christmas gift. The shipping said it would come in 1-4 business days. On December 9, I reached out to confirm that it was on track because I had not received it nor shipping information. The customer service representative said she had no insight into that whatsoever. I asked who to reach out to and she said there would not be anyone with insight into that. On December 10, I received an email that my item was cancelled. My item and all similar items are now sold out online so I cannot get a replacement, and, since I had bought it to give as a gift, I do not have a gift to give to my daughter. I have sent countless emails asking for a resolution but they have all been ignored.

    I have store credit from an item that was returned. ************************** said I couldnt use my credit to pay for the items in my order. This to me seems completely unethical. Shouldnt any credit to the store work as a payment?

    Aritzia has lost an almost 20 year customer. I sent a return with their prepaid shipping label. At some point in-between dropping off the package at *******, and ***** delivering the package to Aritzia's warehouse, the items were stolen from the package. Aritzia has taken the stance that I intentionally sent them an empty package. Really? After 20 years all of a sudden I would steal? They keep saying to let them know if I find the items. This is a completely useless response as I returned the items to Staples. They are smug saying the package weighed the same from ***** to their warehouse, but they aren't taking into consideration that I dropped the package at Staples first, and when I dropped it off it had the return items in it. I am a victim of theft with no support from the company. Aritzia has no concept of customer service, customer retention, and no good faith in long term customers. I have disputed this and reported the theft to the police which is something Aritzia should have done amongst themselves, *****, and Staples. Surely the package was insured but I, the customer, am stuck with the bill. Does that make sense? I will never shop at this store again. I will be posting this story everywhere I can to let people know how terrible this acompany is.

    Aritzia's customer service was extremely disappointing. I ordered trousers online and received them with the security device still attached. After calling customer service, I was informed that I would need to return the trousers to a store 1 hour away. When I asked if a replacement could be sent, I was told that was not possible. I would either have to return the trousers in person or send them back and wait for a replacement that could take a month. Given this experience, I will not be shopping at Aritzia again.

    i bought online two pants. it was worth $260. when i returned it they just refunded $140 and rest they said it will be store credit. i do not understand why they sent as store credit ? i called them, but call landed where i couldnt understand agent. also they were very mean. very disppointed with customer service. i will be reporting complain against aritzia. what waste of time and money.

    What can I say, I purchased several items and required international shipping. Lazy and negligent as Aritzia is, they shipped without providing customs documents. Lo and behold the package gets to my location and they cannot calculate taxes on the package because Aritzia's staff are careless. I reach out, they promise to get back to me within a few days. Then they start claiming it's because I didn't pay taxes. Now package will be returned to them, probably frayed and poor quality anyway. Gaslighting, unavailable customer service, no discounts offered for the terrible experience, waste of money. I hope they shutter.

    Gifted my daughter an expensive Aritzia winter jacket and try to get assistance from customer service with regard to a warranty exchange and have been given a run around to find a receipt for a product purchased from their store. They have agreed to replace the jacket only on a condition that I provide them a receipt. It was purchased during a busy time in December and I am not sure if they asked for a phone number or an email address as it was extremely busy and so now they have tried locating the receipt with phone numbers and email addresses and they have no track of it. It is their product and was a very new introduction too. I will escalate the matter to media if I dont receive a replacement. I love the brand and need immediate assistance from Aritzia customer service.
