I highly recommend ReStoring Data Inc to everyone. They are friendly, professional, quick, and competitively priced. They kept me informed every step of the way and I was so happy to see they were able to restore everything. They also gave great advice on data management and storage so I don't lose data again!

Recently my computer malfunctioned affecting the mother board and two hard drives. My backup drive was also too old. ****************** in ******** store could not restore my data. One drive had over 30 years of Family Tree research and word documents. They recommended I contact Restoring Data in *********. Restoring Data was able to restore 88GB of my data in only a few days.. It is pricey but well worth it and having peace of mind getting the data back. I now have a better back up drive . ReStoring Data and the technician who worked on my case was absolutely awesome! The technician was friendly, helpful and understanding who also kept in constant communication with me. I had years of photos, research and other files that was on my old hard drive that needed to be retrieved. All was successful! Words cannot express how grateful we are for the service we received from Monty & Ilana at ReStoring Data. They were courteous, prompt, easily explained the process from beginning to end, upfront about the range of costs (if and only if they were successful in recovering any data), they arranged all the mailing and covered the cost of shipping. I had an external hard drive that I was using for storing photos. It was knocked off the desk and the casing broken which made accessing the data on it impossible. I took it to our local computer store which highly recommended ReStoring Data as they could not recover the data. I was skeptical as there are so many scams and false promises made in the tech world but because I trusted the local technician I contacted ReStoring Data. Their service was prompt and informative in spite of the many, many questions I had. They offered to pay for the shipping to receive the disk so that they could give a quote on the costs. It turned out the quote after receiving the drive was almost double what they originally suggested the cost might be. While glad the data looked to be recoverable I really had to reconsider the cost which was close to $1000. This took me a while to decide and they were patient during this time. I am so glad they did not pressure me as I would have probably cancelled the recovery and would have lost many family and travel memories. I would highly recommend their services. I cannot say enough wonderful things about ReStoring Data and their services. I had a hard drive crash that wasn't retrievable via software means. ReStoring Data was able to physically recover everything. It was expensive, but you can't put a price tag on recovering family photos and pictures. They advised how long it would take and kept within that time frame. Friendly and efficient service from *****. Definitely recommended if you are in the same situation.ReStoring Data Inc Response
