            I am on a recurring subscription plan for the company Bruush in which I should receive 3 toothbrush heads every 6 months for $18. I have not received new toothbrush heads in months even though I should have and reached out in July via their contact form. I received no contact. They are sold out of all brush heads and have not sent any sort of update or clarification to customers. As this is an electric toothbrush, it’s not easy to replace and requires specific heads to match. I should not have to buy more heads or contact the customer service to receive assistance. I have waited for months hoping my package may come however they have been sold out of toothbrush heads for months. Since this product directly affects my hygiene and presentation, I would like to receive refills for my toothbrush heads that I was owed on my subscription.

            I ordered a toothbrush on 7/11/2023 as a gift for my son. He never received. The Bruush website shows that the order was never fulfilled. I have contacted them via phone and email at least 10 times to ask for a refund. They won't even respond. I have purchased another toothbrush so I do not want the product. I will include a picture of the order and the order status. Thank you.My son's name is *********************. I ordered and paid for the toothbrush.

            We have attempted to contact this company in every way possible short of visiting them on-site. We have requested refunds and left voicemails and emails stating we just want an update on the order. No information or even a formal response was given. It is clear Bruush at 210 - 128 West Hastings St. Vancouver BC, V6B 1G8 has no intention of fulfilling any orders. Very disappointing and seems like this company is just trying to do too much.

            June 6th 2023 Paid for bruush white tooth brush order via my mastercard online. Received order confirmation did not ever receive order Emailed Bruush 3 times asking for an ETA of my order Called customer service number and left 4 messages Messaged them on instagram twice I have not yet received a response. at this point I want a refund for my purchase.

            I ordered a new toothbrush from Bruush on June 3 and received an email confirmation the same day. On June 15 when I hadn't received anything I wrote to customer service and I received the response that's attached on June 17. I have heard nothing since. There's no phone number on their site and my emails haven't gotten a response. As far as I can tell people are still able to order toothbrushes on the site but a buyer will have no idea that they may never get their order. At the very least I want a refund for my money which they've had since early June.

            I purchased an electric toothbrush from this company last year. Since then I have been using their brush, head replacements to continue the quality of the toothbrush and for my dental health. For the past three ongoing months the company has been out of stock on brush heads, and cannot tell me when they will be able to restock due to supply issues. I asked for a refund on my electric toothbrush because it was really expensive and it is unable to be used by me because no other brush head fits it and they as the company do not have replacements. The company refuses to give me a refund because they said I purchased my toothbrush out of the refund date. I said to them that I am unable to use their product due to their failure in restocking the brush head. Then they told me over email that if I sign up for their subscription refill head process they can give me a brush head. So they are lying to their customers online saying it is out of stock, *** **** ** **** * ***** **** ** * **** *********** ** ***** ********* ****** ******* ** ****** ** **** *****

            I placed an order for a toothbrush with their company on March 10. I received no contact information from them regarding my order , yet the charge to my credit card went through. I contacted the company via email at the beginning of April has I had not heard anything about my order. They informed me that the there is a delay and that the brush will ship out the last week of April. I contacted them again the last week of APril to get tracking information and they said again that it would ship the last week of April. It still has not shipped, I have contacted the company many times to get my product or my money back and no one answers. Today they emailed with tracking information to a website that does not exists and it says the product has not shipped or left the warehouse and that it was packaged on March 14th, which is a complete lie. Their phone number does not lead to anyone. I want this business investigated and I want my money back.
