    In 2020 Dr S** did a Root Canal therepy on me in prepartion for a replacement tooth. In July 6, 2022 I was going for my tooth crown with Dr L**, but he did some filling in my tooth instead, He arraged another appointment on July 21, 2022 to finish the precedure. On July 21, mid way through the precedure he said he ran out of the time to finish the precedure and ask me to come back on Auguest 4, 2022 and pay $991.. The next day, Auguest 5 the entire tooth filling fell into my mouth. I lost confidency in Dr Lam's ability to perfrom the precdure because the filling from both precedures failed and he ask me to come back a third time. I then contact Dr L** and the office manager, Debbie to complain about the precedure and ask for a refund. Debbie promised the money that was paid can be trafser to a new clinic of my choice to finish the precedure. When I found the new clinic and asked her to transfer the money, Debbie went back on her words, and she said the clinic did nothing wrong, and will not trasnfer the fees to the new clinic. I told the clinic I also did nothing wrong, I paid the fees for a lackluster job and that's why I ask for a refund. I wasted more time and money to find a new clinic, and paid for new x-rays and checkup fees, I had to endure more unnecessary tooth pain. The doctor from the new clinic, Dr Andrea S**, mentioned the precedure from 2020 is still in place and can preceed directly to a tooth replacement. When I questioned Dr L**, he responded that he also did the precedure in 2020 and will not be issueing a refund, which is not true, Dr. S** did that. I made a effort for medication with the ** ****** ***********, the rep name is Jenny. Jenny on Auguest 9, 2022 told me Dr L** refuse my request for a refund. Now I am make a complain on BBB for the refund of 219 and a compensation amount of 300 for the addiontal time and money wasted.

    Dr. L** is out of the country attending a family event. He is not reachable at this time. He will not be returning to the office until October 3, 2022 thus he will not see this email until that time.

    I am asking for the return of the fees paid to Joyce Dental in the amount of 219, because he failed to complete the procedure . I had to pay for additional fees to have another dentist to finish the procedures.

    Please find attached the letter delivered to Mr. **** in response to his complaint back in August. He has been continuously changing his narrative, ********* my staff while *********** to sue. My position has not change. I appreciate you trying to mediate.
